Location was great. Some staff was very friendly and helpful others not at all. Breakfast is not worth the money at all. Toilett on the floor and wather tube in the room was sometimes working and sometimes not. The shower was extremly poor since there was almost no wather coming out. 3 of 5 light bulbs were not working in the room. I wouln't go back.

I would say this was the most dirty and grimy hostel I have yet to stay in (and I've stayed in plenty). There were holes in the sheets (one of the staff members TOLD us that was because of insects), stains all over the sheets, the entire floor smelt of mold (there was mold everywhere), the bathroom was unbearable (we used restroom bathrooms instead). The staff was also RUDE, we needed to finish paperwork and they said they needed to go smoke first. I would NEVER recommend this hostel, EVER.

It is the worst hostel I've ever been. Small rooms like prisons, very dirty rooms, sheets, disgusting bathroom and wc, which i used only once during my 5days stay.

Sooooo dirty. They don't change the sheets. The showers were absolutely disgusting- I didn't even want to shower. Mold in rooms. We had to check out at 10 but our flight wasn't until 6 so we asked if we could leave our bags there- they said sure -- for 3 euro... Did not feel safe here. Almost positive they are infested with bed bugs and Who knows what else.

The sheets looked they weren't washed before a new person used the bed. The shower was virtually not usable.

Good: Stayed at this hostel for 4 nights. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was just coffee and toast with nutlella or peanut butter. The people at reception are quite helpful with directions and give a map and circle must-see sights. Bad: The showers weren't the cleanest and there was black mold on the walls

Mold! The hostel was exceptionally located in this beautiful city. The staff was accomodating and helpful. However the most basic thing a hostel can do is be clean. We were on the top floor and there was black mold everywhere. There were no outlets in the bathroom. When we wanted to blow dry our hair it had to be heard by everybody on the floor. Only good thing was wifi and staff. The

The room was a mess, bathrooms are too small (and inside the room, what I think is worst), they dont have lockers in the bedrooms (you have to let your things at the reception). Breakfast is OK but too early. I don't recomend at all. Only the location is excellent, but I think that for the same price you can stay in a better place well located too.

Most people sleep until 9:30 a.m. but for this time there is no breakfast available. It seems that the hostel doesn't want to offer it to all their guests. Apart from that our stay was nice even though the rooms were really small. The staff was nice, no problems! Greetings

The man with the shaved/bald head behind the counter is an absolute gentleman and reflects very well on the establishment. The bathrooms were clean, the service mostly kind, and the location convenient.

The hostel is in a good place, within walking distance from everything. The rooms are not that clean but it is ok for a fews days. we were in 4-bed dorm with bathroom, it is good to have your own bathroom. Breakfast is small but ok. I would recommend it for a short stay with friends.

The location is great; walking distance from both the cultural and seedy parts of Amsterdam. The area seems pretty safe too. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. However, the beds were a bit uncomfortable. The shower/bathroom was awful. Also, the common fridge was too small. Not bad for a short stay though.
