We booked a non-smoking room, but they were only able to offer a smoking room. Facilities were smelly and extremely old.
The rooms are small but cosey and clean. Location becomes very quite a night which is great of that's what you're looking for. There are loads of local restaurants and bars about 5-10 mins walking distant, but if you don't speak Japaneese, you'll need some help from a friendly local to order! The Ginsa line is a 5 min walk and an easy to commute to anywhere in Tokyo. Overall, the hotel has nothing special, but but we found it was a good base for us to head out from to go sightseeing everyday.
Location is good. Easy to access. Comfortable to stay here...
