Totally satisfied. Especially the big and clean toilet.

Location close to Brussels Noord. I stayed in a twin private room, it was very spacious room, with big bathroom. No complaints. I think the stay was totally worth it.

When we checked in, we were asked to pay an extra of 4.5 Euros , which was not mentioned when we booked the hotel.

A damp smell when you walk in and a manager (Mr Hassan) who is not aware of the role of customer service made for a bad review of this hotel. The rooms are not great but OK, the location isn't great and there is a city tax added to the price, which before we got there was not advertised on the hostel-world website. (After my complaint, it now should be). Main complaint is customer service though.

More of a small business hotel than a youth hostel. friendly, helpful staff gave good recs on what to do. Very small rooms, but clean. Nice bathroom. Payed 30 euros a night for two single beds, would definately go at that rate again.

Very well located, and easy to find. Nice room with huge bathroom, and a big bathtub. People are nice and helpful. Breakfast is OK.
