The smell of the pillows and the beds was not very good. :( But altogether it was good and the women on the reception was really great :)

I know this is a love price place but I've stayed in the same price for bigger cities and experienced better accommodation. Anyone with a code can enter to hostel so security was it was not good. Also has a three bed bunkers, which I can't say I was really comfortable. I'm a person who can sleep nearly anywhere but have to wake up as if there was an earthquake when someone above me moved in her bed.

Best location! Value for money very good

The only good thing about this hostal was the location. There are only two rooms with 15 beds each, there is no one at the reception after 21:00, the people do not respect and they do a lot of noise all night and it is imposible to sleep. The showers are usually very dirty.

We spent a really good time in Bilbi but, please guys could you grease all doors into the hostel as we couldn't sleep properly because of the multi entrances during nights... see you soon

Awesome location and perfect view to the Guggenheim Museum! If you are on a tight budget, here is the perfect place for a night or two or even more. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

There are no plugs close to the beds which is very annoying. It doesn´t have the overal structure to receive all the people that can occupy all the beds. The two rooms and the living room are not separated by wall in the top part so it´s like everyone is in one room all the time. Internet doesn´t work all the time and I´m not sure if it happens very often but there was a power outage. They turn off the lights of the common areas at night (not sure at what time).

Good Hostel, but could be cheaper.

Very clean rooms, plenty of space, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Only one thing though, bring a small lock as the lockers only have tiny holes to fit a lock through.

Very very poor security!! The first night we were ate Botxo a few guys discovered the pin that allows the guests to enter the hostel at night, when nobody of the staff stays there.Because of it our night was horrible, a strange woman yelled all night and didn't let anybody sleep. Everyone was so scared of her that nobody said anything. There was 2 guys with her, one of them seems to sell drugs, and definetely was trying to open our lockers to find money. Worst night ever

Sixteen bunks in a room with no Windows or ventilation is unacceptable by anyones standards. The lockers were too small so people had to leave their stuff all over the floor. The breakfast room was tiny and the tables and stools not adequate for the job.

No member of staff present overnight, a lot of beds in one room; not somewhere to stay if you are a light sleeper and need a good nights sleep

Good short term hostel; each room was about 18 bunks and the showers were a bit hairy but it was directly across from the Guggenheim, tram and information Centre. Don't book with your card details though since they charged me the full amount on my credit card(90€ ) when my friend and I were ten minutes later than what we booked under the impression that we weren't showing up and looking back I'm sure it was the full price without subtracting the booking fee. Just felt a little bit illegal but

I really enjoyed this hostel. Great location, very clean, affordable and the staff were very helpful. I just wish there was a designated space in the freezer to leave our unwanted food to the other travelers. I left an almost full jar of blueberry preserves in there and I would hate for it to go to waste! If there is one, I didnt see it. But yeah, I definitely plan on booking here on my way back through Bilbao!
