The location is unbeatable (literally in front of the Guggenheim) and the staff is really helpful and friendly. The only drawback is that you don't have that much space in the room,. Anyway it's a good place.

Three story bunk beds seemed a little unstable...very small rooms. Amazing location and view from the windows!

Too many beds in a very small space...if there were less beds and it was better laid out, it could be quite a nice hostel.

Had to stay somewhere in Bilbao to get a coach the following day. Arriving late in the evening and leaving early in the morning, I didn't see a single member of staff. Very cheap, but make sure you bring a lock for the lockers!

The locations couldnt be better, right front of the Guggenheim. The bad thing is that you cant cook, there is a kitchen but only with a microwave and some stuff for the beakfast. the breakfast is good and one of the best things is that in the smaller room there are some couchs that are in front of a big window, so basically you are chilling out, looking at the Guggenhiem and you are "exposed" to the people that walk on the street, is a little bit funny. There are lockers.
