Everything matched expectations except the enforced lights out/power cut at 11pm-7am (although this was explained through signage). Staff could have been a little more knowledgeable regarding areas they are likely to be asked about, eg, airport bus timetables and the stops (was directed to the main Plaza despite there being a stop much closer to the hostel and which I specifically asked about) and and transport to San Sebastian.

Nice cheap stay! Good for backpackers

It's probably the cheapest place you can find in Bilbao and I think it's a good option if you're just planing to stay for one or two nights. Don't forget to bring your earplugs though, because in a 36 person dorm there's always someone who is snoring or has to catch an early morning flight. besides this the location is amazing! it's right in front of the guggenheim museum. Breakfast is only served from 8:30 to 9:30, but you can still get free coffee and bread all day long.

Night time people just let others in and it's honestly a little sketchy. There should be a nighttime staff.

32 beds in one room. Impossible to sleep in the smelly 3 tier bunk beds. Super noisy. They ONLY provide sheets and force you to pay to rent a blanket, lock, or towel individually. Plugs are only in the common area to charge devices but because the reception leaves at 10 people can wander in from the street if the door is opened for them. Practically no security at all. Oh BTW saw a few cockroaches in there roaming around. Coed bathroom dormstyle. Just do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

This hostel is... they've taken a big room and filled it with triple bunks. It fills its purpose and is cheap, but has no atmosphere or really anything going on.

I arrived late and the code they sent me to open the door did not work. Also the door to the hostel was difficult to find. Other than this, the stay was pleasant.

Average - as you'd expect for a large dorm. Not much by way of facilities. Great location. Poor security - reception closed early and there was only a simple pin needed to enter. Just bring your own padlock for the locker if this is a concern I suppose.

An amazing staff and location as well as the good there is priceless.

El hostal esta limpio, pero las habitaciones huelen terrible. El baño es grande y cómodo. Lo mejor de todo es el precio tan bajo y la vista inmejorable frente al Guggenheim

You can't beat the location, and the price is pretty good for what you get. However the kitchen consists of a microwave and fridge, there are only three showers for the 36 bed dorm, the wifi kept cutting out and the fact that the reception closes so early means people can bring back whoever they want to the hostel to sleep there. As mentioned previously there were some very strange people there and I didn't feel entirely comfortable, especially with no one manning the reception at night.
