The atmosphere was awful, no one really spoke to us, the staff were rude, only 1 women on reception was helpful for me. There is no cooker or oven, so you can't Cooke proper meals which was annoying. The rooms are so tiny with too many people crammed in one room, and there was another person sharing our room, that did not wash, stayed in there pj's all day and had no manners, really ruined our experience but understand this is not really the hostels fault.

I paid 6€ a night and it's really good for what I paid. Beds are comfy and the location is ideal. For a solo traveller it was kind of hard to meet people, but that probably was due to it being off season. Directly in front of the Guggenheim!

Perfect for people who travel alone. I met a lot of people and spent a good time in there. The location is really good.

It was just what we were expecting, but free blankets and more comfortable pillows would go a long way

This is interesting hostel, basically they have just 2 big dorms with bunk beds. Not much space and you have to keep all your stuff in the locker. Free breakfast was really nice and location pretty good. Staff were lovely, always ready to help me with all my questions. Thank you very much, had a nice stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Right in front of the Guggenheim and a short stroll to the old town. Always someone asleep in the big dorms so had to fumble through the dark to get to your bed / locker etc. Breakfast terrible (bread / jam / juice). No atmosphere in tiny communal area. Relatively clean. Feels overpriced but they get away with it because of location. Not the worst place to stay but could be better.

very expensive and nothing special (breakfast was stale bread, 15 triple bunk beds in the room means loud and not comfortable to develop friendships) but the location was good and there was hot water.

Great location, really nice view of the Guggenheim. Rooms and bathrooms were always pretty clean. No common area except for the eating area and a tiny lounge at the front which people walking on the street can stare at you like a display window. Staff were pretty average, and no one there at night time so other guests open the door for random people!! Wifi is probably the most terrible I've had in a while, it hardly stayed connected.

Excellent location! Good value for money. 36 bed dorm isn't as bad as you would expect and breakfast is included. Would recommend staying here

Great spot, well-kept and very inviting. My only comment would be to soften the door that leads from the common area to the bedrooms and bathrooms. That door slams very loudly and is distracting in the early morning.

Great great location! Literally right across from the Guggenheim Museum and an amazing sight to wake up to! The rooms are a bit noisy because they are connected together however earplugs were an easy solution. Breakfast was simple but filling and I'd recommend you give it a try

Fire door needs damping: it banged all night long and light would come into the dorm; A silence policy should be implemented as people talk freely until all hours; I drove for over ten hours so needed a place to rest - only managed 2hs rest before being woken up by talking guests; it was a waste of money to stop at the hostel: AND THE PRICE!! €59 for a bunk bed? A setting like that should have costed no more than €20!!! I will most definitely not use it again.
