It was lovely sitting in the shady patio area by the pool having a good breakfast. Manuel was very helpful with planning our trips around San Jose and our trip to Manuel Antonio Park.

We stayed in Casa Oshun two times with my boyfriend and parents and I don't have enough good words to describe this place and the hospitality of the owner! The owner was super helpful and knew the answers to all of our questions. Returning there felt like going back home!

Owner really helpful in arranging our onward trip. He even provided us with a bus schedule of the complete country. We arrived late and the taxi driver had some difficulties finding the place but it is close to the airport. Neighbourhood is safe and family house oriented, obviously not in the center of town. Wifi in the room was stable and good.

We stayed at this lovely, homey B and B for 4 nights and felt very welcome. Manuel, the owner, is so sweet and helpful. He serves an amazing breakfast with lots of fruit, eggs, bread, rice and beans, and coffee. His cat and parrot are friendly and his backyard and covered eating area are beautiful. A bit of a pain to take the bus in and out of downtown (we had no problem getting there but couldn't figure out where to catch the bus back and ended to taking a very pricey taxi back). Stay here!
