Property Information:
The house, built in 1925, was recently restored and decorated by the artist Ximena Urra. It is located in a great central location, in Subida Cumming, at the foot of Cerro Alegre and Concepcin. The property is close to restaurants, bars, Victoria railway, Ex-carcel Cultural Center and only 2 blocks from downtown.
Also we offer Spanish-Art Classes and the possibility to participate in public art in Valparaso streets.
We have double, triple, twin and single rooms and a 5 bed dormitory room, all with comfortable beds and shared bathrooms. Also, we have a double room with private bathroom and kitchen.

This hostel is a very nice one, BUT there is no breakfast (you have to pay an extra), and there are some weird rules : you cannot do your own laundry, if you want to stay in the hostel after the checkout you have to pay half a day, they don't put the radiator during the night and you have to pay if you want one (it was really cold when I was there), if you want to change a book you have to pay etc...this hostel could be the best one in valpo if they were not all these rules that make you pay!
