Celtic Tourist Hostel reopened its doors in January 2010 and is located in the heart of Galway City. It's just off Eyre Square on Queen Street..This cosy small 38 bed hostel is intimate, clean, and friendly. In fact, it's a home away from home. Friendships formed here will last a lifetime.

The staff are here to make your stay with us happy and memorable and to advise on trips and places to visit.

Perfect location for those breaks away with access to all the local amenities including bars, shops and restaurants with easy access to the surounding countryside as well.

Famous attractions include the stunning landscape of rugged Connemara, the awesome scenery of the Burren, plus the world famous majestic Cliffs Of Moher, the charm of The Aran Islands,and the intimidating beauty of Heinrichs Boll's Achill Island.

At times it is possible to work some hours a day and stay for free,minimum stay is for 2 weeks. You can contact us for more information.

Conditions:
Payment is by cash on arrival. Please note that reception opens at 08.00 am and closes at 23.00 pm. No check-in can be honored after 23.00 pm. unless by prior consent. Check-out is at 10.00 am.

Groups staying may be subject to a refundable security deposit subject to certain conditions.
Passport I.D. required on arrival.
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival,but alas deposits paid to Hostleworld are non refundable.
