NO AGUA CALIENTE!!! nada!!

There are lots of good things to say about this hostel but a few not so good. First its clean and in a great place in the old town of Palma. Very central for shops, facilities and transport. Spacious dorms. The bar is great right next to the hostel entrance. Now the not so good. Only 3 showers for the whole place and they are not private cubicles. No lockable lockers!! Terrible. No locks on dorm doors. But overall I would go back. They do let you leave your bags in reception on checkout

Great location, relatively easy to find! Very close to all major tourist places in the city, everything is within walking distance (5-15 minutes). The hostel is newly renovated so everything still works fine, beds are very comfy and staff are friendly.

I couldnt go and needed to cancel my trip ... :-(

Nice place. The hosts were friendly and helpful. the rooms simple and clean, good madrases. Very good location, central AND quiet. Loved the breakfast. I´m going back :)

Great location in the city center, but it's really narrow in the room. There are different people at the reception, some are very nice and helpful but some are not. Very spacious.

The good: Very clean, spacious and modern building (they say they just renovated over the winter.) Very knowledgeable staff that helped me get around the island (though don't expect English; I had to communicate in Spanish, but Castillano dialect was acceptable.) Great location, nice attached restaurant with patio spaces. Free wifi and computer terminal. New keycard entry for room security. The bad: no lockers in room for valuables. None of the staff (that I could find) spoke English.

8-person dorm does not lock - no lock on the door! And NO LOCKERS anywhere. Only 2 female shower stalls with cold water. Confusion with prices and payment.

The good: located very near major bus lines, including the airport/port bus. A quiet area, but within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and pretty much everything there is to see in Palma. It was very clean, all rooms have keycards, and the beds are really comfortable. Maps are provided. Free wifi. The bad: no heaters, so it was cold. Their water heater is terrible, so the shower was lukewarm. Staff was friendly, but not really helpful, and never at reception. No breakfast.

Very central location.

Pros - the guy at the reception was very friendly . he checked me in at 8:30 am, as i was early in town..was slightly ahead of my scheduled arrival. Good internet speeds, near the bus station - easy to get to airport( 2 euro ticket to airport) , old city within 2 minutes walk, good bar . Cons - toilets were not very clean( acceptable as it was low season and few people .. hence few people to work.) no lockers in the room, WATER IN SHOWER WAS DAMM COLD- totally unacceptable in DECEMBER.... :-(

Great place, friendly staff. Comfortable beds and a nice atmosphere. Very welcoming, will surely come again!

The bathroom wan't cleaned in the whole duration of our stay (just over 48 hours) and neither was our dorm (which had not been cleaned since previous check out). On check in the guy was very slow and tried to overcharge us 4 times before agreeing with the actual price owed. The other staff seemed friendlier but there wasn't much need to interact with them. At 20€ not best value considering it was low season, no breakfast, lockers, towel or extras and it's not in the very centre of central palma.
