We almost always start at this hostel under this name or one of its other names. We have always had a great time!

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, and the facilities did the job. However there was no hot water when I went to shower in the morning. Other than that, great location.

The location is THE BEST! Just don't expect to get the room as shown in the picture :) the a/c works OK, u will need the a/c in summer time, I just don't know why they don't put one in the receptionist area. In overall if u r travelling on a budget, this is a good choice! I will be back to this comfort hostel! :)

My room was in another building, across de street, but really safe (with a PIN to open the door at the main entrance) Staff ok, but the housekeeper was really nice!

This hostel is a series of apartments in different buildings on different floors. This means there really isn't a common area that everyone uses making it tough to meet people. In addition the different apartments seem to have different hostel names all of which are listed on Hostelworld, and the owner puts people in whatever room he feels fit. You have to argue with him to get what you paid for. The key cards rarely worked so you constantly needed to let people in, or knock to be let in.

Top location, very close to MTR station and easy to get with heavy luggage, we were moved to a big twin room in a building close to it. The only problem we had was that during heavy rain there was a little crack in the window and water entered, nothing we could fix by putting something on.

It's great value for the money, the hostel was nice and clean but like others mention at some point of my stay I was moved from the actual hostel to an apartment, that was awkward and uncomfortable. The new place wasn't clean at all.

Free upgrade, free coffee and wifi. The map is wrong on hostel world so stick with the directions. Laundry facilities are an outside company down the road and but beds are a box spring instead of matress. Our shower doors couldn't close properly so water got everywhere and the hot water doesn't last long. The place is clean and wifi was good even in rooms. Location is great. Next to grocery.

Great Hostel. Its tough to find a decent Hostel on a tight budget in HK but this place certainly provides that. Rooms are nice, clean and decently sized. Staff are helpful. Wifi connection is good and there are communal PCs. Good view from the roof. Well placed right next Victoria Park and near all bus stops. Great place to stay. Recommended for sure! Ill go back!

The location is good. It just taked 5 minutes to Causewaybay MTR Station. There is a supermarket in front off the hostel so we can get things that we need easyly. The room for three person is small but cozy. I recomended this hostel to you.

Me gusto mucho! Volveria sin dudarlo. Las habitaciones son chicas, pero si vas a conocer no vas al hotel mas que a dormir!

Very central, extremely close to the metro, comfortable beds ... Far from perfect, but very good ratio between price and quality !

I come for the fourth time since 2010 every year. This time again noisy (English ) people in the middle of the night same as last year. People come to your hostel not to sleep, but to hang out, drinking beer and play music from 3AM untill 7 AM which is ridiculous. Last year it was noisy Chinese. Two years ago, it was noisy instructionworker on the roof in the morning from 6 AM and 4 years ago was the only year which is ok.

During my stay, there was water supply cut-off from 0800hr to 1300hr on Apr 29. The notice was not placed at the prominent locations, such as counter area, lift landing area and staircase ways. I was so mad as I was not be able to have a proper shower before my check-out in the early morning. The staff should inform the customers at the check-in counter as this is very, very important to them.

No proper indication of Hostel even when arrived at the site. No signage located even near the lift. Very bad interpersonal skills of the locals when asked for direction. They assume every one coming to HK knows chinese. Yes communication wa the biggest problem even with the hostel operators.
