This hostel is part of a group including HK hostel all in and around same building. Very friendly welcome, helpful staff and a pleasant atmosphere in the place; this is a good location to/from airport bus and generally for links to MRT. Sited in a shopping area and not a massive choice of eating places/ bars on the doorstep. Supermarket across the road v useful. Other travellers either up for parties or quieter nights - if you want to be sociable you can find ppl.

The receptionist was a friendly lady and the place was perfect

Even at least one of the stuff was making the effort while the other one was more zombie like it is overrated and overpriced as Hong Kong itself. The whole city feels like a big artificial bubble redy to burst.... the entire building is rented by hostels handled by one reception so you may book one hostel but stay in another there is no way to know... for one night by not much choice left will do.

Super good value for money . Very convenient because it is very close to transportation (bus A11 from the airport, MTR station). Located in the heart of Causeway Bay. Only one drawback, you need to insert a key room to switch on the light every time.

This hostel is in a great location, in the middle of the Hong Kong action. This isn’t a typical hostel (it’s in an apartment block so feels more like a hotel). There are some computers at reception but there’s no good area to hang out and meet other travellers which was a big negative for me. Wifi was terrible in the reception area but it was fine in our room. Overall the rooms were clean and had good a/c. Rooms are small but probably standard for HK. Staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Good hostel, and value for money. All though it was in another apartment across the road, which wasn't stated when I made my booking. No big deal though, it was a good hostel.

It's a good option if all you need is a place to sleep and take a shower. Kind of expensive but HK accomodation is not cheap at all anyways.

Good location, friendly staff. My room did not look alike those at the pictures, it was very small, no windows, poorly cleaned ( dirty walls and doors).

I normally stay in this hostel and recommend to my friends, but last Saturday was not very good, if I get same room I got, I won't recommend it anymore... first of all I think they forgot our reservation (I could understand the lady speaking in chinese with the other woman) then they give us the worst room ever, was dark (missing a lamp), the toilet was a bit dirty and smell pretty bad.

Our room is nice even though it is not that big. I feel comfortable in bed and the facilities is new since it is newly renovated. I had a good stay in the hotel which is close to the shopping area and food chain also. I am so happy that the staffs are nice and able to speak english and can give directions where we wanted to go.

By China or international standards the facilities in this hostel are very basic, but by Hong Kong standards it represents excellent value for money. The location is wonderful. I was in a separate section from the main hostel. That part worked really well for meeting people. The owner and staff are really nice. It should be noted hat compared to the rest of China there is not much of interest in Hong Kong except night life and shopping for luxury goods.

I booked a single room with private bedroom and it was in a building next to the building with main reception. The room was really tiny, most of it occupied by the bed. Bathroom was toilet and shower in one - not separated by anything. Shabby walls, one killed cockroach, smell in the hall was not nice. Staff was nice and friendly though. As for the security, someone stole something on the day of my check-out, most probably bags from the area where you leave them.

The hostel was kind of expensive for sharing a room with 2 other people (I usually get private rooms in hostels for added security) but one of the cheapest you'll find in Hong Kong (unless you want to stay in Chunking Mansion - gross), and it was located in a really good neighbourhood. It's really pleasant and I met a lot of really nice people from all over. It's a 15 minute walk away from the visa office, and the staff are really helpful in finding your way around.

The location of this hostel is good, especially if you like to shop! There are multiple floors, and not a lot of common space, so for meeting people it's not great. It is not the grandest of places, but for a bed in a good neighbourhood, it's got the job done for a reasonable price (for HK).

The hostel was in a great location, near the shopping areas and very accessible via public transport.

In a fantastic location and moderately priced for being in very busy location of Hong Kong. The staff were really nice and answered all our questions and then some. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that's visiting.

The wifi is very fast and the room is small but it is enough to take a rest. It also have heater and the aircon is functioning well. The location can get easy.
