For a cheap hotel it was fine, but don't expect much. Check-in took a while, the room was clean but pretty basic, and there was lots of noise at night.

Our first night we didn't have any hot water, and our second night the AC was too cold/loud, but overall it was fine.

This is NOT a hostel. It's a hotel that smells old, smoky, and what I was stuck with because everywhere else was booked. It's not in a central location, except for the beach. It's a $17-21 taxi ride to Old San Juan. I had to pay $100 for 2 queen size beds for one night, which is typical of a hotel, I guess.

Excellent location 2 blocks away from the beach, restaurants, bars, casinos, etc. The beach at the hotel is beautiful. The hotel itself was average & no frills. The rooms were clean, AC & wi-fi worked without problems, service was friendly but a little slow-- however, that is to be expected in PR. Good place to stay for an excellent value! I would stay here again!

This was a good hostel for it's money, but the room itself was kind of shabby. Didn't seem like it was cleaned too recently and the bed was very springy.

For the price it was definitely a good location (near airport) and secure. Two beds in one room with private bathroom for $80 total. However, there was no hot water and it was only moderately clean. The lights were fluorescent and it felt kind of shabby.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was rather dingy and poorly lit. A coat of warm paint would go a long way. It wasn't at all what I expected given Hostelworld's description, definitely more of a hotel (which has its advantages). For the price, however, there are other hotels in the area that are in the same range and are or seem slightly nicer. Coral either needs to discount the rooms further or do some simple renovating to stay competitive. As a plus, it does have free parking.
