Safestay Gothic is a lovely hostel in the very centre of the city. We're located just 150 metres from the Picasso Museum, only two minutes walk to Las Ramblas.
We've designed the hostel to combine privacy with comfort. All the beds have their own plug and a locker. Rates include the bottom sheet and blanket.
We offer a free Wi-Fi connection. Breakfast is available at an extra cost and includes coffee, tea, milk, juice, cereal, bread, ham and cheese ,fruit and toast. You can meet tons of people and listen to music in our huge common room, which also has vending machines.
We have tons of activities going on, with walking tours, sports, parties, and much more!
Barcelona is a city of charming streets, busy with people and full of life. The old town, comprising the Gothic quarter, the Rivera and Raval districts, is famed for its historical monuments, narrow streets and bohemian atmosphere. The city also has the biggest selection of modernist architecture; most of these buildings are in the Eixample district which constitutes a unique model of European urban planning.
Barcelona is the only European capital with over four kilometres of beaches where you can enjoy the most modern amenities and these beaches are not far from Barcelona's historical landmarks, and they have opened up our modern and cosmopolitan city to the sea.

Guest will be required to show an official ID with photo at upon arrival. City tax is not included. Additional charges applied at arrival
Person under the age of 18 years are only allowed to stay in private rooms or dormitory rooms that are booked for use of one family or group of persons, and can't share a dormitory rooms with other guests. People under 18 years of age must travel with their parents or legal guardian.

• Payments: The full payment of the total booking amount must be made 42 days before arrival to guarantee the reservation.
• Cancelations and amendments: No cancelations or amendments can be made 42 Days or less prior to arrival date.
• The Hostelworld deposit is non-refundable.
• Failure to comply with this special conditions will result in your booking being cancelled.

Safestay Gothic is in Ciutat Vella district, very near Museu Picasso, Jaume I metro stop and Barcelona Cathedral, and about 15 minutes' walk to the beach, the aquarium and the Maremgnum. We like their 'cubicle' style of bunk beds which create a little personal space in large dorm rooms, with privacy curtains, reading lights and power sockets. Many of our guests say they also appreciate the breakfast and the hostel's rooftop terrace.
