the shower was cold in the evening & having been walking all day & in the rain i really needed a hot shower. It was a push button with no temperature control & the timing of the push meant having a one handed shower - very poor.

Cold showers, with a push button rather than adjustable. Even though there was plenty of hot water on tap. Wireless internet not provided free. 2 hour closure of self catering area from 11-13. 10:30 check out time. These are the main things that were unnecessarily annoying staying there.
