They haven't clean our room during our stay although we'd request for that for three times.

I have nothing to compare with but it seems to be cheap for HK standards. Quite noisy because of the traffic. Clean, basic.

Very basic rooms (probably as usual in HKG), conveniently located on Nathan Road with MTR station (Jordan). Guesthouse - no hostel, so not a good chance to meet with people. My room near the entrace was noisy until late and in the morning. Bed had really hard matress. (Again, both negatives will probably be the same in all comparable guesthouses in HKG)

Great if you're looking for a cheap place with excellent location (next to MTR station). But not exactly the best place to meet backpackers or have fun within the hostel.

It is difficult to judge this guesthouse because i am unsure what I am judging it against. I first stayed at a better one, however it was almost twice as expensive! I guess it was good price for the money, particularly because of its location.

location is good just right in front of jordan mrt. airport bus shuttle is within walking distance and easy to find... staff is very friendly my only complain is the toilet has no water i've complain it already on the first day and they said that they will call and let it fix but up until we left no water came... but overall i would say it's just worth the price you've pay for you cannot ask for more since it's cheap dont expect a 5 star hotel service

I've stayed here many times and I find it an ok place to stay. Nothing fancy or anything just a place to rest after a long day of shopping. The best part is that it's right beside a subway exit and that it isn't in one of the super sketchy buildings like Chung King Mansion or Miramar.

This was a fine, basic place to stay in Hong Kong. It's on the third floor of a big, older building with many guesthouses and residences. As a solo woman, I had been a little worried about safety in a place like this, not knowing what to expect, but the host was very welcoming and the hallway my room was on was behind a locked door. Basic room: bed, TV, non-enclosed shower. Got a towel but no toilet paper. My own boiler meant good hot water. Good A/C, good wifi, hot water and coffee at reception

probably one of the better cheap accomodation in Hong Kong. Owner is very nice and helpful. Clean, central location in kowloon, next to Night Market, Train station, Airport bus station, and best cheap food areas. price was ok. Had good night's sleep although window towards Nathan Road was pretty noisy even at night when open. Shower in same space as toilet with no seperation makes it a little uncomfortable to shower. area is protected by full circle cameras and guards at entry to building.

HKD400 per nite for 2 people is acceptable but hot water not function well. Toilet suitable for Asian but not quite suitable for big size western ppl Some room got hair dryer. If you thinking of sleeping, then is suitable. Value for money.

The room was very clean and very secured...Location is amazing, you just go out of the building to find MTR on same sidewalk. Building is old ofcourse like most of HK buildings. I recommend it for sure.

Great location in Kowloon. Just a 10 meters from the bus stop from the airport (follow their website indications). When you first enter the place (it's in a huge building, 4th floor) you may think it's awful, but the rooms are clean, have bathroom and are cheap. Small rooms but enough. Just a 20 minutes walk to the piers to Hong Kong. We'll be back there for sure.

We appreciate the manager Mr, Anthony he was nice and very accommodating. The place is just next to the MRT Jordan station. Shops are ever where. Street food is just right around the corner. The Rosary church (Catholic church) is about 500 meter walk. Rooms and toilets are cleaned everyday. Air conditioning is good. I personally did not like the corridor just before you enter Hakkas. But generally our stay was fun and enjoyable. Thanks Mrs Becky and Mr Anthony. Hope we can visit you again.

The room (#1) was bare bones. Just a bit bigger than the double bed and the only other thing in the room was a small book case just big enough to put one backpack on it. No curtains on the window, only one ceiling light which you must turn off before getting into bed, one power outlet, and a small wheezy, clunking air-conditioner. The proprieter is very nice and very helpful. The room was clean and the shower hot with good pressure.
