The hostel located in a very bad place. Plus, the hostel didnt do anything to cover this.. we spent more then 45 min out in the street in the middle of the night with no one to turn to.. also, when we arrived we couldn't find the hostel even the texi driver was clueless

1) We could not pay by CHINESE debit card :( 2) They asked us the pay upfront which is not the way Chinese hostels work 3) When we arrived the guy was kind of rude with us 4) Pizza for 38 RMB is overpriced in a hostel 5) After 10 PM we were asked to be silent outside even if we did not make any noice 6) We got the double deluxe ensuit. There was nothing deluxe about the room 7) Towels for 10 RMB renting 8) Now shower gel or soap 9) No place to put clothes 10) The pool is just temporary
A nice quiet hostel. The location is very near to west lake, but the street might be a bit difficult to find as it is kind of a narrow side street. The guy at the desk was very nice.
It is not quite as near to the main West Lake as I thought it would. Rented some bikes to bike to a part of the West Lake, however not to the part we wanted to. Was also a bit hard to find. Although, the facilities and the rooms were very nice, clean and very affordable! Had a really nice western breakfast which was also a plus.
