More of a budget hotel than a hostel. When having lunch in the attached restaurant we were told we weren't allowed to play cards quietly. Restaurant has a great lounge feel to it, but again not a hostel feel. Clientele seem to be more families and middle class Chinese then laid back backpackers. Great location though, I suggest the bar right behind the hostel as it has a great atmosphere especially during the cold winter.

Prime location on West Lake and a pleasant 15 minute walk to the touristy Hefang Rd area. Staff were friendly and always available to help. Good breakfasts and good coffee in the attached cafe. An excellent place to stay.

This is my thrid time to stay in this hostel. I got a very poor room, the air surronds strange smell. The positon is good nearby West Lake, hope next time traveling in Hanzhou the hostel can make the same felling as my first stay in the hostel.

The whole hotel was great and well decorated and clean. The service staffs are very helpful and friendly.
