It's in Chungking Mansions which is the lowest budget accommodation that you can find in Hong Kong. If you plan to stay at any hostel in there, better Google it beforehand to know what to expect. This specific hostel had a friendly lady in charge. The facilities are as you would expect in Chungking Mansions: tiny and often broken (for example a toilet that has to be flushed by using a big bucket because). The WiFi was good and the room was quiet enough.
the location is perfect. the hostel is quite old and the rooms are really small and not so comfortable (especially when the aircon fan is old and really noisy...). the building is old and full of immigrants but looks in general safe. this place is ok if you are brave enough and want to save money and sleep in the city center
This hostel is in Chung King Mansion which is not only an unsafe place for travelers (rapes, murders, fires) but it was small, cramped and smelly. Encountered at least 2 prostitutes who were staying in the same building and tried to book a room in the same hostel.
Lovely woman and very central location but a bit in the middle of things for my taste, the queue for the elevator takes long enough and there are 30 other youth hostels in the exact same building! I liked the tv in my room though.
Firstly, the hostel's location is very good. so close to everywhere. but you may feel afraid because of the hostel's enterance. but it is really safety. just there are so many Indian sellers. they always ask; you want to buy watch or you looking for room. The rooms are very small in Hong Kong. it is just Hong Kong style i think. So you keep your expectations very low. There is an old woman. She is very kind and helpful.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The place was small, but that's to be expected for a HK hotel. I really appreciated the kind and friendly help.
Among the cheap places in CKM, this is my favorite. It's on a low floor, so you can blow off the hellish elevators on the way down and, if you've the energy, on the way up. The lady there is sweet and helpful. The rooms are typical size, which means they're tiny, but they're clean. You'd have a hard time finding a better place in Chung King Mansion.
