It is more a hotel than a hostel. This brings adavantages and disadvantages. No kitchen, no social life inside the hostel, but a nice bed and a nice bathroom.
Excellent Hostel!!! A really short walk to the cathedral and rooms incredibly big and comfortable! Would definitely stay there again!!!
Perfect place but do not expect a hostel atmosphere as it was a hotel before, it is still a perfect place to see the city and the staff were very helpful and I slept well. No breakfast served but available at nearby cafes, cost a few euro. Bus station is a few minutes walk. Lots of camino walkers stay here also.
Staff were lovely, even at 11pm at night! The bathrooms were always spotless and the bedrooms were cleaned and made up every morning and we even got a towel and soap, which is pretty unheard of in hostels. My friend and I were put together in a 2 bed room even though we arrived separate nights; we thought it would be a dorm not our own room! Lovely decor, quiet location, great common room with tv and a lovely view of the town, even if not real kitchen area. Fantastic stay, really enjoyed it! :)
Really good hostel, if you have a car you can park there, is near the cathedral.
