Very nice hotel, clean room and helpful staff. Wifi very choppy and slow, but other than that, great stay! Thanks!

The hotel had a corporate feel and could have been anywhere - there was no character and no real interaction with staff. Also we left our luggage at the desk after check out and assumed this was secure - however, no one asked us for proof when we came back to collect.

A nice hostel in the old part of Bilbao. Stayed in a private single room; clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful with directions and flexible with arrival and departure times.
