Excellent location, very helpful staff. A basic hotel room with all of the necessities. Had everything we needed for our one night stay. The staff was very helpful and the 24 hour reception critical as we need help calling a taxi at 4am.

The hotel had a corporate feel and could have been anywhere - there was no character and no real interaction with staff. Also we left our luggage at the desk after check out and assumed this was secure - however, no one asked us for proof when we came back to collect.

A nice hostel in the old part of Bilbao. Stayed in a private single room; clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful with directions and flexible with arrival and departure times.
