Great location, and excellent friendly staff. Don't expect a view from your room. Breakfast was disappointing - no choice of cereal, no yogurts. Otherwise, I would recommend.

Within a minute's walk from a tram stop and right in the heart of the 'old town'. TV channels are all in Spanish. Staff speak good english and there is an internet computer at reception available for guests (charged per minute) although an internet cafe is not far away (but not much cheaper). Breakfast is not included (available for extra charge), though there are cafes and deli type stores nearby.

This Hotel is in an excellent location - right in the Casco Viejo but suprisingly quiet which was bliss! the rooms and communal areas were always spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful - on the reception 24hrs a day. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely hotel at excellent value for money (it is cheaper than some rather grotty hostels i have stayed in!)

Excellent location at the very "old town" in Bilbao, just a few minutes walking from train station, tram stop and subway and with hundreds of bars and restaurants around. The area is noisy but the rooms have a good soundproof windows, but you can hear next room "neighbor". Rooms are clean but not the walls.
