I actually LOVED this hotel and my stay here. It was such a luxury to have clean towels every day and the bed made. It was toasty, comfortable and had a french feel which is often hard to get with bigger touristy hotels. So handy being so close to the station (lovely square) and a short tram ride away from the centre. Friendly reception staff: another key to room would have been handy though. All in all TEAM BRISTOL! :D
