Summary of traveller reviews

The People – Strasbourg offers a fantastic location in the heart of the city, praised for its comfort and cleanliness. Guests appreciate the private beds with curtains and the friendly staff. However, some recent reviews mention rooms can get very hot, especially in upper bunks, due to a lack of air conditioning.

Not bad overall! Far from the train station which isn’t ideal. Weird vibes with people while I was there so not easy to make friends, could just be the season though 🤷‍♀️. Beds are pretty uncomfortable but curtains are nice.

We had a nice 2-night stay at the People for an abroad weekend trip. The location is nicely situated to all the popular spots. My main issue was that the dorms get very musty and hot (even in October) I would recommend leaving the window open at night. The atmosphere is good. There are a lot of people doing work in the main dining/hangout space. Friendly for all ages.
