Good location, near the river and most of the restaurants/pubs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are average, nothing special. This is an okay place to stay. Close to the river which is nice for walking. They will arrange a Tuk tuk to go to S21 and other places but as far as a big social scene, not much of one exists. It's a hotel, so of course it's not going to have the same character as a guest house. Nonetheless, I found the staff to be relatively helpful and nice. Security guard out front made sure tuk tuk drivers didn't over charge me. It was pretty clean except that my room had and ant expressway running through it. WiFi in the rooms didn't work very well at all. Very nice cafe/bar attached. Very comfortable beds.It's a hotel, so of course it's not going to have the same character as a guest house.
