Just your basic, you get what you pay for, kind of hostel. Our room was just a windowless room with fan, and a very stinky bathroom that smelled like sewage and we had to keep the door closed the entire time. Also, while we were there, an electrical box caught fire/started smoking around 11PM, causing our room and a few others to lose all electricity. Instead of letting us change rooms, they just made us wait around in the communal area til they fixed it at 1Am, though we had an early bus.

I arrived really tired and I didn't get water in the room, and the staff told is not nornal to happen. In true it happened during all the stay in this hotel. The staff didn't apologize for that and they were always arrogant with us. Food bad and expensive.

room was so small , the toilet didnt flush and made the room stink, the shower was blocked after every shower, the corridors going to the rooms are disgusting, and the tuk tuk drivers constantly harass you from am to pm, when told to leave a passport (he said itd be kept in the safe) i watched him put it in a drwer under the computer!!! id recommend stay here for 1 night if ur desperate otherwise DONT

It was cheap, so what do you expect. Room was small, dirty an air didn't move to anywhere. Staff tried to sell us everything all the time, they were friendly, but also little bit annoying.

The staff was pretty rough and the hostel itself is not the greatest. but its located just south of all the tourist trouble and well worth the (cheap) price

We booked a room with a bathroom but were assigned one with no bathroom (and the common bathroom they showed us was filthy and horribly smelly). After insisting we had not paid for, we got a room with a bathroom, however the most basic possible. There was not even a sink, just a toilet and a shower head. There was also no hot water, no windows anywhere… For the same price you can get much better in Phnom Penn!

The kitchen which is near the guest room, brought the smoke in to the guest room on lower level if someone was cooking in the kitchen. The hot water did not work well as well as the air conditioning even though the temperature has been set to 17 degree. The atmosphere of the room is lack and there are many mildew on ceiling and walls in double bed room on lower level. Its restaurant sells expensive food so guests better find at other restaurants (based on local friends advise).
