Pros: - Awesome staff. Very friendly and helpful. - Clean and dorm rooms were nice. - Eriko - Felt secure. - Quiet. No impending noises in the morning to ruin your day! Cons: - Can be a ball breaker going home after a big night. Cab from shibuya would set you back 8000yen -

Everything was fab! Lovely clean place, great location, really sweet helpful staff and a great atmosphere! The little card when I checked out was a really nice touch and it definitely made me feel like they knew I was there, even though it was only a short stay. They were booked up for when I return to Tokyo but I'm staying in another Khaosan instead!

I stayed at several different hostels while backpacking around Japan. This was, by far, my favorite one. I stayed here twice - once in a mixed bed dorm and once in a private 3-person room. All the rooms are clean, and the facilities are relatively new. The private room was amazing, if you don't mind sleeping on traditional Japanese mattresses (not sure what they are called). The kitchen and common area are very comfortable, and the staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

Great low key locations next to some amazing alleys and temples. Quiet and respectful vibe, but friendly.

The Staff were outstanding and I don't say this often of any hostel. I have been travelling almost every year since 2005 and would put them on a par with anybody. Location is easy to find from Skytrain and close to many temples and great restaurants.

A really great hostel with lots to do in the local area, and has great transport links to the rest of tokyo via metro which is very nearby. Facilities were great, the hostel was very clean and very warm especially during those cold snowy days!

Loved the traditional Japanese room! Superb location and extremely friendly staff. One of the workers was on her way to meet a friend, and randomly helped us locate the hostel from the Asakusa Station (I.e. walked us to the place). If that isn't going-out-of-your-way, then I don't know what is :) I highly recommend it to any passing visitor.

the hostel was really good and we were very happy with it. However there were no hostel activities like some other hostels have so that was a little sad. but the location was awesome. We love Tokyo!
