A bit pricy but overall a good stay. Clean and generally helpful staff. It:s about a fifteen minute walk from the busy part of sanjo dori so the location isn`t bad. (the google map is quite accurate) Their internet connection isn`t exactly the best but the computers are free to use. Unfortunately, there is no wireless connection.   Read Owner Comments

pricey, but you great. our room had a wonderful window seat and the location was ideal. we rented bikes and toured the city. nice bath that is open at night. expensive coffee in the restaurant, go to mcdonalds for just as good at 1/8th the price! Stay here if you can afford it or need a break from the hostel scene. i would stay here again if it was in the budjet.   Read Owner Comments

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is about the internet. It was hard to use and slow. I just gave up. Otherwise, it was a delightful stay.   Read Owner Comments

We decided to take the Japanese style accomodations and found that the beds were a little bit uncomfortable, so we put pillows under the mattress - helped a little. The next evening we noticed that the cleaning staff left an extra mattress for each of us. It was very thoughtful. :D   Read Owner Comments

Tried both Japanese and Western room;both had a private (small) bathroom but Western room looked newer. No elevator. Overall positive impression.   Read Owner Comments

The staff were fantastic, the internet access was free, the bus stop is a 1 minute walk which is fantastic after a day of walking through temples. We would highly recommend.   Read Owner Comments
