Excellent hostel, the rooms are clean and the beds are private with own lights, The staff is friendly and they have excellent travel company inside where you can buy with reasonable price your package to all Inca sites. There is an excellent bar upstairs, far from the rooms, so the noise of parties there will not bother your sleep. As said in the site, it is located in the center of Cusco, very close to Plaza de Armas. I recommend it.

Milhouse is a beautifully converted old mansion, close to the centre of town. the dorm beds are great with privacy screens, your own ligth and storage shelf. The breakfast is plentiful. The free Saturday walking tour with Luis was very good. The staff of the hostel were friendly and helpful. However the staff at the tour desk were unhelpful and mostly disinterested in doing anything other than sell the standard packages. Both tours we booked went wrong on several levels.

Close to main square, clean, helpful staff. We were glad we were allowed to keep our big luggage at the hostel while in Macchu Pichu for free.

The hostel is nice. The breakfast was the best we've had in South America so far...cereal, fresh bread, fresh fruit, and fruit juice, and tea and coffee. There isn't a guest kitchen to use. Security is pretty good. We left our luggage in storage while we did the Inca Trail with no problems. Although, when we turned up at 11pm after returning from the Inca Trail our room was not ready and we had to wait 45mins for it to be cleaned without so much as an apology. Some staff could be friendlier.

Good place! Not bad at all...walking distance to anything you'll want to do in Cusco and just a couple blocks away from the city center.

The bar was very nice, as well as the atmosphere of the hostel. I love that is in an old house, it makes it even more interesting. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Moreover, I really think it adds a lot to the hotel the different activities it promotes which day.

As soon as you walk into Milhouse Cuzco, you step down a gear. It´s quiet, homely and has great character. The beds are the comfiest hostel beds I´ve slept in in South America (each with own plug point and private booth). I found the staff moody. Not the same party-vibe as other Milhouse backpackers.

It was correct in everything, but the upper bunk bed was higher than usual and there weren't too much space bettwen the bed and the ceiling.

It was so good that I stayed for 6 nights and will stay there when I return to Cusco. It is without doubt the best Hostel I´ve stayed in. A humble wooden door belies the magnificent converted monastery that awaits you when you enter. They honoured a mistake with my booking and let me have a 6 bed dorm at 12 bed rate. The bar is the hub with themed nights, happy hours etc. The breakfast is more generous than some of the meagre offerings at other hostels. Definitely 100% recommendation.

Excellent hostel, even better than the Hotel we stayed in! Good food menu, bar area, pool table, foozball etc. Staff were really helpful, especially Francesco (sorry if this is spelt wrong!). Would definitely stay here again. Only down side was wifi only works at bar and reception, but the quality of the room made up for this.

Great hostel. Very big and organized. The only negative thing I want to say now is that the internet is only working in the reception area or at the bar. not in the room :(

the building is just wonderful, really nice infrastructure and location, even though the manager is a douchebag and does not have very good customer service.

We found the staff weren't very helpful at all. We were there for 5 nights and never got a clean towel even when we asked. We even had to ask for toilet paper as it wasn't always replaced. The bar and facilities were good they did good meals cheap but the only problem was they keep running out of stuff . One morning they had no eggs and an other morning they has no bacon. Other then that the place is big good atmosphere and easy to meet people. I believe they were very under staffed .

Superb hostel. Everything works great, hot water, wifi, really comfy beds with blankets, personal power points and lights for each dorm bed and personal belongings box. Not a bad word to say about this place to be honest, loved it.
