I like the environmental, the workers are friendly and is very well located. I didn't like the cleaning, specially on the bathroom. Also the breakfast was poor, it could have at least a natural juice.

Dorm room smelled very musty and the bathroom door did not close but we were moved to a private room for the same price the next night when we raised these problems. The shower was not very hot as with most places in Brazil. Convenient hostel on ilhe grande but would probably book somewhere else a bit nicer if there is availability.

Good breakfast, not to far from the beach, nice dormitories, good price-quality

The place is really clean and cosy, there are small nice rooms with private toilet in each room, internet is only in the reception but since is an island i think is fine, the stuff is helpfull and friendly, but they don't speak english, the breakfast is really good.

Friendly atmosphere. Suffered with power cuts. Located 5 min walk from beach area. Great breakfasts!

Comfortable rooms, ours didn't have AC, but it was perfectly fine, tho the fan in the room wasn't working. We were allowed to bring the fans outside into the rooms which was nice. It came with a mosquito repellant option as well. Breakfast was good. Bed in living area will consume you and you may stay there forever, but beware of mosquitoes. Wifi was iffy, but normal for an island. People at reception were super friendly and took us to the hospital as well (friend was ill). Good place.

Awful experience. Staying here was so bad that we left after one night (even though we had been pressured into paying at checkin) and spent the rest of our stay at a nice guest house across the road. Vermin everywhere, not a fun hostel atmosphere at all, staff are unfriendly, bathroom is filthy, the room is like a prison cell with no natural light and was like a sauna at night so it was impossible to sleep. To add insult to injury, it is also not particularly cheap. Don't stay here.

Very dirty and small hostel. Staff doesn't speak English. Breakfast was okaY. The room was hot and humid. I wouldnt recommend it you can find better hostels on the island.

The room was very small and a bit dirty. The kitchen was located outside and that resulted in loads of flies plus many mosquito bites. Wifi was very slow.

Nice hostel with very friendly staff. Clean room, with air con. Great location close to everything you need. Wifi wasn't the best, but I don't think that is a reflection so much on this hostel, it's more the island.

This is a hostel not worth staying at, very damp and dark, door to bathroom can not be closed and sometimes the water runs out...There is a funky smell and the wifi don't work for more than a minute at a time. The breakfast is good!
