The hostel is relatively small which I considered good. The other hostels I stayed were cramped up with people. The location is very good, near metro station and the view from the lobby/reception is fantastic. You can actually see the whole Tsim Sha Tsui from the lobby (they installed glass panel wall facing Causeway Bay) I got to know and befriend the fellow travelers and it was the best part. This hostel is far from perfect but I was satisfied. Will def come stay here again next time

Double room turned out to be only 2.5m² big with no space to store our stuff. After our arrival we were made aware that a pipe in our room's wall had burst and the wallpaper was bubbling. The mattress, which was close to the wall got wet. On our third night all of our stuff close to the floor got wet and smelly. Water in the showers were not always hot. Phone was ringing all night from guests who were unable to enter the building because they were not given keys. Partial refund was granted.

the location was very nice but the room was too tiny and water leaked from the wall.

We enjoyed our stay at Pandora. Great location, staff was generally helpful. Door situation was challenging. Staff did not answer buzz, every time had to wait for someone to come along. We had the double deluxe room, which is just off the main area, so a little noisy. Our "balcony" was shared with other hostel guests. Deluxe room was nice, great bathroom.

There has been lot of complaining how hard this place is to find but I strongly disagree. Seriosly if you read the intrioductions it is not that hard to find. I was staying in 11F and had a dorm for 4 persons. I did not mind the fact that the hostell was located in two different locations of the building since it is told beforehand. Overall I was satisfied and the stay did fill it's purpose. The only thing that really bothered me were toilets/showers they could a lot better!

Nice lil hostel w exeptional view. Staff helpful & friendly though somewhat distant. Also (strangely numerous) staff is occupying most space in common area during day, which keeps guests from fully profiting from it. Very loud, so if you're sensitive to noise might not be for you. In my opinion exceptional view largely makes up for this. Place is reasonably clean. Pitty guests can't really take advantage of the kitchen, & no breakfast offered here, which w this view would be quite spectacular!

Clean & comfortable dorm room in a secure building right in the heart of corsway bay. :) Free fresh fruit & water from reception along with very helpful staff. Great view from the common room of the city at night.

Great hostel. Easy to find if you read the directions in the confirmation email. We stayed here during the Rugby Sevens so it was conveniently close to the stadium and also train station etc.

Excellent hostel !! Dorothy n cathy , the manager of the hostel , are really really nice n helpful ! The dorms re spacious for me to put the luggages, location n view from balcony re the best in hk ! Private room overlooking the harbour and is best for couples. Probably the things they need to improve is pillows . It s too soft for me !!!

Nice location in the middle of causeway bay. There are no signs outside that there is a hostel in the building but it is next to a pub. The dorms on the 11th floor have nice views of Causeway bay. There is also a small balcony on the 9th floor with nice views also. I stayed in the 10 bedroom dorm which had some 3 storey bunk beds and double bunk beds. Mattresses were nice and soft. Met some nice people in Pandora. Only spent 2 nights. Small lockers that will fit a laptop and daybag. Clean.

I liked the privacy curtains in each bunk. The bathroom on the 9th floor is so small! That is probably the one reason I would not go back.

great staff and people above all. definitely enjoyed my time over there, was a great experience. that being said, management could be more "organized." I had no problem with this but some others did.

The room was in an appartment with 5 rooms, all sharing toilet and kitchen. it was quite bad isolated so heard everyone else in the ap. The room itself was also very small, only a small bed and a small table in there but the bed was ok and i didnt need more space so was ok. The hostel has a commonroom with a great view of the harbour on the 10 floor, and there you can get free coffee and tea and stand on the balcony and just relax. The staff was very quiet but nice and welcoming.
