Polite & heplful staff, great location, but the place have a very doggy feel, maybe due to the dim lighting and broken furniture laying all around the hostel, the bed sheet was torn also. At evening time there is alot of street walker outside the entrance stairs There is a construction just beside the hostel and it goes on for 24 hour, will post a challenge to light sleeper.

Better if the breakfast would be different to those who avail the deluxe room.

The room is clean and get easy access to some places public transports. Simple breakfast (toast + juice) but at least have something to eat before the malls outside start for business

Stayed here for the first time. Was recommended by friend who is fond of this B & B. Agree with her. The staff is helpful, polite and friendly. The ambience is good, facilities simple and clean. One praiseworthy point is the WIFI is 24/7, unlike some big hotels which promote in their brochures but charge daily or at times non-available citing too many users... Keep up the good work, Hazdy and the staffers at Paradiso. I will certainly recommend your place to friends and family!!

Get out of MRT Bukit Bintan station, watch your left, just up stairs of the Starbucks. Very good location, and staffs are all friendly.

Good location and value for the money is what gets me back. Service is alright but not excellent. There is wifi which is always super useful. Complimentary breakfast daily - orange juice & toast. Got treated by a moody staff one day but that wasn't much - a little patience is all that matters in a foreign land - to err is human. Overall 8/10

The layout has changed slightly from the last time I was there in 2009, but it is now better! With traffic greatly reduced from the works outside, it is quiet throughout the night.

Very good location, in the center of KL and easy to go everywhere. Staff is also very nice. Though the room looks just ok. Just ok for short stay.
