Not the best place I have stayed. The description on Hostel world was a bit misleading as it was showing as a 4 bed room but instead we got two doubles (not great for three grown men sharing). The staff tried to help out but we were told that if we did not like it we can cancel our booking and try to find some where else (not the best idea during full moon). On the plus side we did have the bungalow next to the pool which although it was not big was refreshing in the morning.

Never have I been so appalled by the consistent rudeness and complete disregard for customer service. We arrived and the owner/manager initially refused to show us the room before we paid for the full 3-nights (he already had a deposit). We insisted, and as we walked he told us that he didn't CARE for us, that he was a "rich man" and didn't need our money. After 2 nights, we requested fresh sheets and again he refused; saying it was our own fault for "not cleaning properly before bed! Be warned.

DO NOT Book here!!! We booked this lodge a month before the full moon party but when we arrived on our appointment date at 5pm they had given our room away. The front desk guy sold our room and we were told sorry and they would not even refund our deposit. Being the day before the full moon party we couldn't find any other available lodging and were forced to go to Ko Samui. This was the most frustrating and worst experience I've ever had with a hostel world booking.

Didn't really get to experience this place as when we arrived the day before NYE they had "lost" our booking (that we had confirmed a week before, and which we showed them). The old bloke who runs it doesnt have any internet and refused to recognise that we had already paid a deposit and had confirmed the booking, was exceedingly unhelpful. Ended up having to trek to another resort and sleep in a spare room next to kitchen for about $60 a night with some random indian dude, So not great!

Good location! Great pool! Owners were amazing and wanted to help all the time! Good place would stay again

It has a nice appearance, and is right on Bantai beach, but the beach is not very nice compared to some of the others on the island. When we were there the restaurant wasn't operational for some reason, and it's like 15 mins walk to the nearest restaurant which isnt too far, but it was kind of annoying as we wanted to stay on the beach. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, I'm pretty sure the bed mattress was made of stone or wood or something.. the most uncomfortable and worst bed Ive slept in.
