Property Terms & Policies:
1) Check-in from 14:00
2) Check out Before 12:00
3) Reception working hours: 9:00 โ 21:00
4) For during holidays or festival season(Fullmoon Party), we request for a payment 70% and you need to pay within 3 days for secure your booking and the rest you pay on arrival. For the payment we will send you the link of Stripe(application for transfer the money)to your email.
5) Cancellation or modification is free if made 3 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation or change made less than 3 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the room rate.
6) Breakfast is not included.
7) NO smoking inside the Room, we have a smoking area.
8) Payment on arrival Cash Only, thank you
**9) Please confirm your check-in time via WhatsApp or email before 12:00 PM (noon) on the check-in date. Otherwise, your booking may be subject to cancellation.
