Very clean, spacious and new hostel. It did not disappoint. Nice kitchen area, and has computers to use. Also the washing facilities are great. Definitely will recommend this hostel if you want quiet and not too crazy parties.

Piece Hostel is just as charming as the city it is located in. The modern design of the building makes you feel like you are staying at a expensive hotel instead of a budget hostel. I felt very welcomed by the staff, and I really enjoyed the sushi event they hosted. Clean, perfect location, friendly staff, breakfast, bar, comfortable beds... this place has it all!

I recommend this modern hostel. The best structure that I saw in hostels in general. Everything is new, modern and clean. The staff is helpful. I just would like to have good music at the bar.. it helps better atmosphere!

Super clean, yummy breakfast & comfortable beds. They had extra pillows for you to choose the kind you liked. The showers were really nice and hot, and had shampoo, conditioner and bodywash! The building was new and very well designed, a lot of light. Generally, this place is awesome - we would definitely stay there again. The staff was helpful and not rude in the slightest and spoke english. With the train station and bus station nearby, it was really convenient.

One of the nicest and well maintained hostels I've been to! Everyone who worked there was awesome and helpful. Rooms are a tad small but the beds are very comfortable

The hostel is amazing. Design minimalistic and clean. All the staffs able to speak English, make it easy to ask and chitchat, and they are very friendly too. Will definitely visit this place again when I am back in kyoto

Very impressed by the facilities, and I found that the other guests there were very quiet after lights-out, which is important in a hostel with so many individuals in a dorm. The curtains on the bunk beds were a nice touch for a feeling of isolation!

I was impressed with the hostel, there is not that many competition that can match in value/location. Truly superb. The breakfast buffet is excellent as well.

In terms of facilities, location & value for money, this is the best hostel I've stayed at, period (which says a lot considering hostels in Japan are way nicer than in Europe). Morning: free breakfast with rice, bread,, coffee, miso soup, bikes for rent cheaper than general pricing elsewhere, bathrooms and showers are extremely clean and there's never a problem with not being able to shower. Lovely facility, your own bed is actually like a capsule, so you can be in your own world!
