The hostel is very clean and really cute. The coconut jam = a great discovery ! You feel at home at Pillows and Toast and the location is ideal, whether for tourists or party animals ...

Situated in a good location (just 2 min away from the mrt & bout 6 min away from clarke quay party-by-the-port). Comfy beds and cozy ambiance in the communal area. Just need a cleaning improvement in the shower/toilet rooms.

small, cozy and very, very quiet hostel, bedtime at 23:00 already, definitely not a party hostel

Enjoyed my short stay for 3 nights. Has clean facilities with adequate size dorm rooms. The girls on reception were very helpful with transport queries I had for city attractions. Good Wifi connection with handy laptops to use if you didn't have one. Was helpful using the storage space for luggage since my departure flight was late in the evening. The big plus was being near to Clarke Quay for going out at night.

Clogged dirty bathrooms, wifi was down for nearly a day, itchy sleeping experience on my second day possibly due to bedbugs, bad coffee at breakfast

I stayed in your place for 14 nights. I used mixed 4 dorm. Everything was great except the shower drains work slow. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful members of staff. Conveniently located in Chinatown. Thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay there and would definitely stay again if I end up in their neck of the woods.

Breakfast time ends strictly at 10am. Staff inflexible and would not bring out the toaster when I arrived at pantry at 10.15am. Other hostels have breakfast times till 11am. Some even have all-day "breakfast".

All round very good. I think it would be good if more social activities were organized ie pub crawls, walking tours etc
