It was terrible. When we arrived exhausted from the flight we were received badly by a cold receptionist who charged us much more than what we were suppose to pay. When we questioned her she simply said that whatever issue we have is with Hostelworld, so they don't have to care and she asked us to call Hostelworld if we are unhappy. She never explained why and how she came up with the total she charged. Didn't make any sense. We asked to talk to manager and we got a woman screaming on the phone!
