The toilet locks broken for few days, that mean could not lock when taking bath. Then the bed made me feel itchy.... not recommend.

We stayed at Raizzy's for two nights, the place is perfect if you want to visit the famous chinatown place. A big thanks to the staff especially to Sukhi for their warm welcome and their availability, our stay was even more pleasant!! Terima kasih!!

I had a good stay at your hostel. It was clean and nice, and your staff always helped me with directions to places in the city. Even though I was there for 2 days, it left me with a great impression.

Pretty good, nice staff, clean. Just the wooden bunk beds are almost falling apart and a bit short if you are 185cm

everything fine apart from a very sly receptionist called Sooki- he is a sexual predator, be warned girls!

A nice hostel with lovely staff and a good location.

Raizzy offers such an affordable price for a two-bed private room on the first floor: privacy is ensured all the time, clean beds, but quite noisy in the early morning if there was someone else checking out/in. Nice staff (they kept my room's lock which I left on the chair in the lounge), though not friendly all the time, maybe they were busy with something. But it would not be a problem if you go out the whole day. Still recommend for its cleanliness and safety.

I had a nice stay at Raizzy. Staff is friendly and are willing to give you all the info you need to know to get around town. Dorms are a little bit small but if you just need a sleeping place its a good hostel. The location is very good - very close to the chinese market and to public transport.

Dont forget to bring a padlock if you want to keep your stuff secure! I arrived late at night and the night staff wasn't all too friendly and provided me with mis-information. However, the lady during the day was very pleasant and very helpful. Don't expect much for breakfast, just toast and jam. Not a bad stay but probably wouldn't come back.

It was nice and clean, nearby a subway station and also close to good restaurants.

I really liked the ambiance from the Hostel during my stay. It feels really homey. The location is good since it is very near the first stop terminal for GoKL buses which is really a huge help in saving money for backpackers like me. The staff are nice people and they would also allow you to stay in the hostel even if you already checked out (if you have a late flight at night) which is good because not all hostel does that and it is very considerate of them. It's like home away from home. :)

Good wifi and location. Rooms are very small and cramped and there were Muslim men praying in my dorm room at all hours of the day, which was a bit strange. Hard pillows. Was good but nothing special.

Good budget accomodation, very poor breakfast but good air conditioner, towels were provided for private rooms. Simple and small but clean with free wifi and a free computer to use.

Staff are friendly, facilities good, and rooms clean and comfortable although a little on the small side. Air con in rooms which is a bonus.

The Raizzy's Guesthouse is much better that I would expected. The staff is absolutely nice and helpful, smiley and polite all the time! The location is great, 1 minute walking from the train and bus station (which are next to each other), next to Cinatown which is a centre location for lots of food and the market. There is a stunning indian temple just 2 doors after the guesthouse. About the guesthouse: is clean, tidy, comfortable and there is a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at home
