Reggae Mansion Kuala Lumpur is set in a stylish colonial building near Chinatown and the Central Market. This hostel features a rooftop bar which stays open until late and hosts lively parties with great views of KL Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers. We like the uniquely-separated pod-style beds in the dorms, offering optimum privacy with curtains, personal lights and power sockets. There is also a 40-seat movie room with cinema seating. There’s air conditioning in all of our rooms and guests can enjoy free shampoo/shower gel, free linen and free blanket and towel. You can also borrow our universal adaptors, iron, hair dryer or hair straightener for free.
Each of our private rooms features a safety deposit box and LCD TV with cable and satellite.
Our dorms feature two power points, free in-room lockers and a reading lamp for every bed.
Our facilities include free breakfast, a free welcome drink, an internet station with Skype, filtered drinking water dispensers on every floor, IDD phones and more.

For fun our guests like to play games in our common area and rooftop bar. We've got drinks and food promotions and we serve both Western and Asian cuisine. We have a great ambiance here, sort of old-meets-new look made by the restoration of our building.

Most of the main attractions are located nearby via the nearby train station, just five minutes' walk away. I particularly recommend that people take our 'Seven Wonders of the City' tour, it's a great way to see KL in a day. Most of our guests are aged 25 and below.Hostelworld Guests Say
Looks like a 5-star hotel when you come in,all new and clean and bright. Right in the city center,5 minutes from the main metro station of Masjid Jamek, , for roughly 10 euros the night and the possibility to have 2-beds private rooms, a bar downstairs, and a roof-top bar where I had an amazing New Year's Eve Party with a view on the famous towers of KL, I can only recommend very very highly this hostel that is the most amazing where I ever stayed!

A wonderful stay for 2 nights at this hostel. Greeted with friendly staffs. Just a thought perhaps the "porter" can help carry some of our belongings while showing us up to our rooms. He sent us to the wrong place and we had to bring about our heavy backpacks up and down the steep stairs! Booked for a sports group of 12 and mentioned to stay in the same room, but got separated rooms. Instead, we have to consult at the reception in the morning for a change of rooms. Will stay again :)

Things to Note
Please note that the prices of the four-, six- and eight-bed dorms are the same. Please be reminded that if you book into these dorms, management reserves the right to change your bookings from four- to six-bed dorms and vice versa. This is to ensure that we have the flexibility to make sure all of our guests' requests are fulfilled.
If you are travelling in a group, we cannot guarantee that your group will be staying in the same dorm. However, we will try our best to arrange it so that you do stay in the same dorm together. But sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, this not always possible.
We only accept bookings for up to nine people online. Group bookings for 10 or more people shall be considered null and void.
Our hostel is not wheelchair accessible as we have no lift.
