One of the nicest hostel I've been to ever. Clean, great atmosphere and excellent staff. Looking forward to staying there again if I have another transit to KL.

the staff were friendly and helpful and willing to go out of their way to help. The room (double private) was very basic but clean and tidy. However the bed was in poor condition, it wobbled and was propped up with paper under one of the legs in an attempt to make it even, the mattress was like a plank of wood. Worst of all, there was dried blood stains on the sheets, which had been washed but the stain had not come out. this was quite disgusting

The majority of staff were very pleasant however the girl on reception was cool to the point of being stand offish - and forgot to give me a towel. Loved the rooftop bar and room (a twin with bunkbeds). This was a fun hostel. Food a bit pricey but I had just come from Thailand where it was very cheap.

Great atmosphere and really good sleeping facilities - just make sure you bring ear plugs as the roof top bar noise goes on quite late and can keep you awake!

Really fun hostel with lots of people and plenty of places to go and chill out. They had booked us into a two bed dorm room which was incredibly small but they sorted it out quickly and put us into the room we had paid for. Rooms are basic but fine. The trips were really good and the staff were friendly. Would recommend staying here for everything except the rooms themselves so as long as you don't stay there the whole time you'll have fun!

What an amazing place. Unbelievable of the size. It has tons of free spaces to sit around and do your own thing. The wifi was awesome and worked well considering the amount of people in the building. The restaurant was gorgeous.....and the pizza......after how many countries....and having gross pizza in each one....to have gourmet pizza....I was in heaven. Sooooo much I had it three days in a row. LOVE pizza!!! Staff were personable....everyone so helpful. 7 wonders tour with Jepp...a must

Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in! Roof top bar is just awesome, beds are huge and super comfy, curtains, huge locker. Stay in the 24 bed dorm you'll meet a ton load of people!

Loved it here. The dorms are so nice because they have a privacy curtain and your own outlet and light. The bar on the roof is fun and the staff works hard to make your time here fun. The tour was a bit expensive to see the city highlights but it was enjoyable. :)

What can I say about this place.. out of the hundred (+) hostels I’ve stayed in, this is absolutely head over heels the best and gets 5/5. Free (good) breakfast, big lockers, double beds in the dorms with a curtain for privacy. Rooftop bar with a great view. Free bed for the bathroom, a lot of security… really, I could go on. The one black mark that I have against it is the bar; the spirits that they have are greatly watered down to an embarrassing level.

Awesome stay here- no complaints- so clean and comfortable with a decent free breakfast. The food in the restaurant is great for when you are craving Western food.

This is the coolest hostel. More of a hotel really. Very neat space and nice people. Things I didn't like; small room and this air freshner that made me sick, constantly pumping the room with chemicals. Still had a great time.

This is the best hostel I've ever stayed at and all the people who come to reggae say the same. Incredibly clean, safe, good beds , breakfast, amazing stuff - and some 200 great people staying! You meet someone new every day and if you travel alone, you might find a company.Everyne who comes just for a couple of days ends up staying longer then planned. The atmosphere is so good you might not even leave the hostel - and the daily parties at the rooftop might be better than those in Bukit Bintang

Me and my friend turned up here on Saturday 13th April. Nearly an hour after we said we would turn up, expecting them to mention something they were completely understanding as we had travelled for 6 hours on a bus from Singapore. When we arrive we had already paid a deposit online and had to pay the rest of the stay. The total worked out to be £11 a night which for us brits is pretty good. We got a free drink on the rooftop bar from 11pm and the restaurant that was connected was still open for

Good hostel although it s a bit expensive for an hostel. Nice rooftop bar but not really a party atmosphere. It is unfortunate that the internet is paying while the wifi does not work very well.
