The room we stayed in was very poorly set up, not as clean as you would expect, and the beds were terrible (the mattresses were a joke.) If the price was lower you would understand the low quality, but charging the same as hostels in the middle of the city centre you expect something better.

Pay the extra 10€ and stay at a place closer to the centre... Buses get expensive (€1.80 each way). The room was BOILING hot during the nights and when I complained I was given a tiny metal fan. No wifi in rooms and no fresh sheets or towels or anything. They are a long way from turning this student accomodation in to a functioning 'hotel'.

Great idea to rent out rooms during the summer! Nice room with own bathroom, easy enough to get into town/beach on foot or bus!

The location at first felt very far from where we wanted to be, but in the end we were thankful for it. It's near the Antiguo area and closer feeling to where locals reside which was nice. It's only 10 min walking or less to the beach. It was nice to have our own bathroom. It felt like a hotel. Nice place to go if you don't want to be around rowdy, messy travelers in a crowded hostel. See other options if you want to meet other travelers. The staff was helpful. Totally stay here.
