The Manuel Agud Querol Residence Hall is located on the Ibaeta Campus, which belongs to the University of the Basque Country, which is 3 km from the center of San Sebastian and a 15-minute walk from Ondarreta beach.
It offers double basic rooms (not kitchenette), and single, double and quadruple studios with private bathroom, kitchenette and free Wi-Fi internet access. All of the rooms and studios have towels and sheets, all rates include the cleaning service.
We take this opportunity to inform you that usually between 3pm and 5pm there is a higher flow of clients who do the check-in in our residence. In case you pay at chekc-in time, we recommend you to do it by credit card in order to speed up your release process of your invoice.
The residence has a fitness center, various seating areas and an outdoor terrace. It also has several TV rooms and study rooms, a self-service laundry, and 24-hour reception.We also have a free parking service, subject to availability and not bookable before or during the stay.
Be reminded that in case of not belonging to the university or educational community, you must provide a membership card issued by any Hostel Association integrated in the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF). The YHA membership can also be purchased onsite with a reduced price (4€).
The residence is surrounded by parks and green areas and is just a few meters from the Guipúzcoa University. The famous Concha Beach is a 5-minute bus journey from the property.
