Rooms were clean, had a nice common room for films but i felt very excluded from conversations as they spoke mainly in Portuguese, Spanish or French - not so great for a solo traveller. Had facilities to make your own food. Breakfast consisted of dry toast and luke warm water for tea or coffee, better to get something when you are out. 10min walk to the metro to get yourself further into the centre
The hostel was under renovation so a little messed but I loved the staff, everybody was so friendly and helpful. I think after the renovation it will be one of the best hostels in São Paulo. No complaints.
One of the best hostels in brazil, great common areas (bar, open air area, cinema room etc etc) very easy to meet all the travellers in the house. Located near the metro, walking distance from main touristic sights. Staff very helpfull and fun, they organize events at night such as dinners and going out to the clubs with everyone. Nice kitchen and supermaket 3 Minutes away. 8 bed dorm is spacius and the bunk beds are new and confortable. On wednedays there is a street market in front of it..
Cool hostel with lots of art and entertaining around! A few minutes from the metro, supermarket, park and paulista avenue. Staff multilingual and helpfull. Nice to spend a few days and get to know Sao Paulo city.
