立地は素晴らしく、Paraiso駅から徒歩10分程度。周辺も安全だと言えるエリアだと言えます。夜遅くにも開いているスーパーマーケットも近くにあり、非常に便利。スタッフも非常に親切で、サボっている様子は全く見られない。少し部屋が狭く感じられるが、セキュリティボックスも大きく使い勝手が良い。自動洗濯機もあり、物干エリアも広く非常に便利。
