Terribly organised, avoid at all costs. I booked two weeks ahead and when I arrived I was told they did not have a room available for me. I was left with my bags in the street to find somewhere else to stay - I hadnt slept in 24 hrs after a long flight and the heat was blistering. Awful experience. And they wouldnt refund my money on the spot either. I had to return several days later for that. The place looked awful as well.

Buck up on the cleanliness of the hostel and the maintenance of the facilities. Not enough plug points for everyone to use and some were dangling off its sockets. Bathroom and toilet lights upstairs were not repaired for the 4 nights that we were there. Residents had to keep going up and down just to the toilet and showeroom at night.

This was my 3rd stay here as my first two experiences were nothing but pleasant. HOWEVER, on this trip, I was absolutely slaughtered by bed bugs. I now look like the elephant man, but red. I am particularly disappointed as after been bitten on the first night, I informed the staff and they said they knew there was a problem and they had already called in exterminators - so they knew there were bed bugs but still let me sleep there. So friendly staff, great locale, reprehensible management.

The most beautiful street in Singapore, A Character really excellent but ... All the computers does not work, no air dryer, there is no cover on the bin that is why there is 2 rates coming every night inside. :'(

It was regrettable although it stayed for the first time in three years. Especially the room was dirty and also felt staff correspondence cold. As for both arms and both about 300 legs, it was bit by the flea, and went to the Japanese hospital. Breakfast was also less delicious. It was delicious to a slight degree a long time ago. I thought that it was not easy to maintain a good hotel.

Really nice place. Clean beds, very safe. The breakfast is nice too, and you can get it at almost anytime you want. I got it at 1:30 PM one day. The staff is also funny and nice also. I can only say one bad thing, and that is that the internet was really slow and didn't work sometimes. However, I didn't try the kitchen facilities as food is so cheap around there.
