The lady in the reception is very friendly and informative. The location is great, in the heart of Bangkok bustling Silom area but quiet during the night. The maid keep the rooms always clean. :D

Receptionist and the rest of the staff are helpful, kind and always smiling..... It is a real smile society hostel. if you are a backpacker or a budget traveller to Bangkok, I highly recommend you to stay in this hostel.

A fantastic stay in a fantastic hostel! Very easy to find from the metro or skytrain, and very convenient for both. A great breakfast is provided (and we were given a packed breakfast on our last day because we had to leave really early!), and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. It's not a particularly lively area, which suited us perfectly. It really is service with a smile at Smile Society! (Sorry about that... Couldn't resist!)

Great hostel, very clean, safe and dorm beds were comfortable. Also the common room was convenient for socializing. Only drawback: a bit noisy (due to the noise of the magnetic cards opening the doors at night). but the hostel is located in a very quiet soi, and it was a great alternative to the hostels on kao san rd.

It's location is good as it is close to local transport - but it is a good distance away from the sights which will require around 30 minutes to get to (at least, more if you use the water tourist boat). Staff were all really helpful. Clean. Relaxed.

This hostel is almost perfect! The only two small drawback were that there was no window in my dorm and that WiFi was unstable except for the common area. Everything else was perfect. Modern toilets and showers, gets cleaned almost 24/7, very helpful lady at the reception, 30secs from restaurants, bars, markets and of course 7/11. Will stay here again if I'll return to BKK anytime!

Friendly and chilled out atmosphere even though in busy Silom. Good location, maybe better for those who aren't on a tight budget or a backpacker as most restaurants and bars are more expensive but close to the skytrain and Metro so really easy to get around to other places. Staff were really helpful with anything you needed and everything was kept super clean. Being a backpacker the free computers were really handy for getting last minute accommodation and researching places

Great start to my Thailand trip! Met friendly people in the hostel and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty when we had a mini 'drama' on the first night! Would definitely recommend.
