The best thing about this place was the location. The bathroom was full of hair and was very dirty, things kept falling off the walls. The heater wouldn't work for ages and the proprietress was accusing us of not paying when we tried to leave (like always we paid on arrival) making us late for our train.

We had a very good stay at Soggiorno Burchi. It is very close to the train station and therefore close to most attractions. The owner was very nice to us. I can speak Italian and used that to communicate with her, so I'm not sure how she'd manage in English. For a small extra fee per room, you can use the air conditioning, which is a must in Summer to ward off mosquitoes and the sticky heat. Bathrooms clean and free WIFI available throughout the whole building. I'd recommend this accommodation.
