The Caulaincourt offers you dormitories ,single, twin, double and triple rooms some with private showers all with:

- FREE French style breakfast (croissant, orange juice, cereals, teas and coffee).
- FREE Hot shower day and night.
- FREE Maps
- Towels are not provided in the dorms but can be rented at the reception of the hostel.
- Pillows, blankets and fitted sheets for the mattress are provided.

Pretty basic. I was in a female dorm but was alone, which was fine. There were 3 beds but only 2 lockers, a fan which was nice in August, peeling paint is pretty run of the mill. Front desk staff was rude upon arrival (around 7pm). Good location, lots of stairs.

excellent location in montmarte with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to lamarck-caulaincourt metro station for exploring paris further. the room was kept cool with a mounted fan and the kitchen/dining room was also a great escape from the heat :) breakfast sparse but did the job 👍🏻

well organised, we even got upgraded to a private bathroom. everything was clean and worked well. window facing a calm, quiet street. The location was super close to all the sights of montmartre while still being located on a non touristy street. only downside was breakfast, which was included: some fresh fruit would be great.
