Welcome to FIAP Paris in the 14th district at the centre of Paris.
International Centre for Accommodation and Seminars, FIAP Paris is an atypical place with a hostel atmosphere and the comfort of a hotel . Located in the heart of Paris 14th, we offer a very good value for money.
We are located 20 minutes from the Latin Quarter, Le Louvre and the Eiffel Tower by metro ! If you are passing through Paris, the FIAP is the solution for you!
With 192 ensuite rooms from 1 to 7 beds, with a total of 486 beds, come and stay with us in a private or shared room. All our rooms offer a private bathroom with shower and private toilet.
Adapted rooms for disabled guests are available on request.
Breakfast is included
Onsite Self Service and Bar for lunch and evening meals.

Please note we cannot accept anyone under 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult.
Please note that there are local taxes to be paid on check in. 2.60€ per person per night

The allocation of shared dormitories is carried out based on the composition of guests and criteria relating to safety, comfort, and compatibility of profiles. The assignment of upper or lower beds is not guaranteed for bunk beds.

Fine accommodations but not the most convenient location, except maybe for students taking advantage of nearby programs. The WiFi was terribly unreliable, frequently kicking me off and difficult to sign back into. I would not recommend adding on the breakfast unless the convenience is important to you. Several nearby places offer better quality for less.

Convenient location to metro and RER direct line to CDG. Lots to do in walking distance, cafes, shops, parks, sights. Easy walk to Saint Germaine, Montparnasse etc Hotel comfort w relaxation areas, courtyard etc of hostel. Good continental breakfast included. Private room w aircon, fridge, coffee, good robe space with 10 hangers.
