Welcome to FIAP Paris in the 14th district at the centre of Paris.
International Centre for Accommodation and Seminars, FIAP Paris is an atypical place with a hostel atmosphere and the comfort of a hotel . Located in the heart of Paris 14th, we offer a very good value for money.
We are located 20 minutes from the Latin Quarter, Le Louvre and the Eiffel Tower by metro ! If you are passing through Paris, the FIAP is the solution for you!
With 192 ensuite rooms from 1 to 7 beds, with a total of 486 beds, come and stay with us in a private or shared room. All our rooms offer a private bathroom with shower and private toilet.
Adapted rooms for disabled guests are available on request.
Breakfast is included
Onsite Self Service and Bar for lunch and evening meals.

Please note we cannot accept anyone under 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult.
Please note that there are local taxes to be paid on check in. 2.60€ per person per night

FIAP was a great last minute hostel book for me for a very early flight out of Orly airport (~12 minute drive from FIAP to the departures gate). If you plan to walk for the majority of your time in Paris, FIAP may be a bit far from most of the major sites. On the plus side, you can always use the Metro system (super easy and efficient) or enjoy the walk through a slightly quieter part of Paris to your hostel. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were clean and safe. I recommend!

About Paris

Getting from Charles de Gaulle airport to the city centre is easy with the shuttle bus that runs throughout the day. If you’re taking the Eurostar, you’ll arrive at Gare Du Nord, which is puts you within walking distance of cheap Paris hostels, plus the Metro if you’re staying further out.

As for getting around town, the Metro is an affordable option, with tickets starting from just €1.90 for a single trip. If you’re staying for a week or more, consider purchasing a Navigo pass. The bus is another cheap option for getting around Paris that lets you take in more of the sights, or if you want a more unique take on Paris, the Batobus lets you take in the city from the river Seine.
