It was a nice surprise to realize the hostel is on the riverfront. It's a nice riverfront district, not far from the metro. The breakfast included cereal, bread, jam, juice, and coffee, and was pretty good, especially eaten while looking at the river. Rooms were large and clean, with sturdy lockers. There were a few areas people could hangout. Besides the bar, there was an area with computers and tables, where I joined in on some conversations. Overall, a very nice place.

very very clean and big, I felt more like I was in a hotel rather than a hostel. it is cool to be able to mingle with locals at the bar along with other travelers. The security guards at the door make you feel very safe, being a girl traveling alone. the curtains on he bed are a nice touch, i would just recommend free computers since most other hostels have them for free and cost a little less, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to paris, i will actually be back in one week!

Huge place, well maintained, just by the canal. I bit far from the city center but there are metro station nearby. Safe, clean, good amenities...will certainly recommend the place!

Stayed there for two nights, and it was a very nice hostel. The beds in the dorms are very nice they include a curtain, light and two outlets which are very convenient. The hostel also has a very nice atmosphere for those who are younger. However, the prices at the bar are pretty expensive (then again, it is Paris). I\'d also recommend bringing your own towel when staying here, as a towel will set you back 10 euro. None the less, it was a very nice hostel and I\'d definitely come back!

No complaints at all! Helpful people, good security, really nice rooms, standard showers. Fun atmosphere. Would certainly stay here again.

GOOD: sleeping bunks/in room luggage storage are comfortable and spacious, large rooms, good security. BAD: no atmosphere (kind of felt like a TGI Fridays or something in the common room). Unhelpful staff, obviously out to nickel and dime as they charged for internet and and luggage storage even with ample capacity for both. Falsly advertised services at one price and refused to honor said price even though adds were currently throughout the hostel. Overall very lacking in customer service

I've stayed in Paris 3 times at 3 different hostels and this was my favorite. The part of town was great, not too touristy. Theres a restaurant and bar on the ground floor which made the night really fun.

I didn't like having to pay for the lockers before I checked in. The breakfast was all right but croissants would have been a nice touch since we were in Paris. I did enjoy the friendlessness of the staff! The hostel was a bit expensive too.

This was our first hostel experience. The hostel was a bit out of town but close to a Metro stop. Our biggest issue was that we had to switch rooms on our 3rd night. Loved having a curtain for privacy, our own 2 outlets, and a light for reading. Showers were fairly clean. The workers at the desk were helpful. Streets were loud on the southside of the building. Overall, great experience.

It was really upmarket for a hostel. Loved the cafe downstairs - with a free breakfast too. Loved that you can lock your gear away in lockers or under the bed. Very safe and friendly and in a good location. They were helpful in telling us where the best places are to go around Paris. I'd stay again for sure!

it would've been better if it weren't so far from the center of paris, but the location itself was great.

When we arrived, the staff member who greeted us was WONDERFUL. He made us feel right at home. Other staff members weren't quite as excellent, but overall the staff was great. The hostel itself was very clean, breakfast was great, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable as far as hostels go. The only downfall is the location. I was traveling with just one other girl, and we did not feel comfortable returning to the hostel after dark. We made an effort to get home before 10 pm.

The Hostel is nice and new, great facilities. I enjoyed the free walking tour and the staff at reception were brilliant. The staff at the bar however showed a little attitude, and they mixed up our food orders more than once.. Maybe they had a bad week? Poor Location, 15-20min train ride from the city centre and sights (you have to take a 15min train to starting point of the pub crawl).

I had heard that there were no decent hostels in Paris, but St. Christopher's definitely disproves this statement. Good facilities, comfortable rooms, great security, large lockers (you need a large padlock to lock them though or a cable lock), and a decent location close to a couple metro stations with staff very willing to explain how to get anywhere and what to see... but all with a slightly overpriced price tag, just like everything else in Paris.

Food service staff were appalling, rude & clueless, reception team members were excellent & I couldn't fault them. Be prepared to travel out of Paris CBD to get here & eat before you arrive as food service was so rude I refused to eat there. Also don't expect WIFI in the rooms

Great hostel! I gave the location "poor" cause you shouldn't walk alone down the streets at night around the hostel, it looks quite dangeres and I didn't feel safe. But the hostel was great, the cafe was friendly and cosy, you can go for a drink and meet new people every night. Upstairs in the room are spatial, quiet and clean. It's very well organized and the staff is really friendly.

The only thing that bothered me was that there was no free option for luggage storage. If you wanted to leave your lugguage at the hostel for an hour or two after checking out, you had to pay eur 4,00 to store it in a locker. But I guess that\'s just me being picky. Great hostel though!
