The staff was very kind and allowed us to check into our room very early (after arriving on a night bus). We had a twin room with bunk beds and fan and shared washroom. The shared washrooms were cleaned regularly and in good shape. We were a bit disappointed with the room because hostelworld had said it had AC, but it only had a fan...I guess the room features on hostelworld were messed up. Not sure if they are fixed now. Wifi worked well, even in our room. Location was good, really close to LRT

it was an excellent hostel. The place was clean for the most part. The atmosphere was good. It encouraged a lot of socialization took place in the common area. Hassan, the night desk attendant was very helpful in planning our days in KL and the rest of malaysia. He was a good guy to talk to and just chill with at night.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Good setup in a good location. Easy enough to get to from the airport and easy to get to intercity bus terminal on foot. Good, solid hostel.

All that is nice in this hostel. Except for a number of bugs that frequently wander from bed to a locker. I look forward to the Management in order to resolve the issue.

Clean, compact and friendly hostel located in the backpackers district. I stayed here for 3 nights on the first stop of travelling around Malaysia and found it comfortable and suited to my needs. As with previous reviews, the fans are a bit loud but you can't have everything perfect in a hostel.

Positives: staff friendly & helpful, common/kitchen area has decent facilities and is ok for meeting other people staying there, generally quite modern & clean compared to other hostels, very short walk from the heart of Chinatown, a 7/11, etc Negatives: male dorm (or was the M for mixed?) didn't have a window so tended to be in 24hr darkness (I think having enforced lights out/lights on times would benefit), need more power points everywhere, could do with a door between kitchen and showers

Good quality and nice place, breakfast is basic but free, Only issue we had was the aircon in our double room wasnt super cold during the day, could have used a clean I think. Also in the dorm roo we found the lmockers key opened all the other lockers so to be sure your stuff is safe they do have a safe you can put them in.

We found both your staff members to be extremely friendly and welcoming. I would really like to inform you of the excellent work the man from Bangladesh is doing for you from 8pm until 8am (my apologies for forgetting his name). He was so helpful to us giving us information on how to find the bus to the airport, where to catch the bus to the Batu Caves, and how to find our way around the city. In addition I admired his pleasant attitude and his desire to do his best for us. I will certainly recommend Suzie\

Nice place in the center of Chinatown. Definitely worth the money! Rooms are small, but clean. The only small remark is that the fan in the room is very loud and cannot be turned off. But still, a recommendable hostel!

The first Airportbus to K.L. Low Cost Carrier Terminal is departing 4 am BEHIND Mydin Department Store. The Hostel is selling the bus ticket. Mydin is a 10 to 15 Minutes walk from the hostel. They will wake you up, (perhaps better do not rely on it). Easy going place, helpful staff. My 3rd time there.

a very nice place with excellent common area and free water. Actually, almost the best hostel that I stayed during this trip to south asia....the only problem is one of roommate from Germany who got sick and always turned off the air condition in the room...then the room is getting very hot and stuffy...I almost had a sleepless night there...

We enjoyed our stay at Suzie's. By far - one of the best hostels we've stayed at. Excellent location just minutes away from MRT station, Puduraya bus station, KL old train station (to go to Batu Caves) and Chinatown. The rooms are without windows indeed, but who needs windows while sleeping? The common room/hall is spacious enough. Free wifi+2 computers with free internet. Free breakfast is toasts and tea/coffee - enough to get started. Very friendly staff! Would stay again.

Found this hostel to be in an ideal location for touring the city. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely showers, powerful, hot & clean. In all a nice place to stay for the price. The rooms are a little small & without a window but for the amount of time we actually spent in the room it didnt really matter to us.
