The six-bed mixed dorm is way too crowded. Night reception was helpful but other staff were sullen and indifferent. Breakfast too heavy on white flour and sugar. Some unsweetened coffee would be nice as some whole grain bread and/or cereal (and milk, rather than coffee creamer, to put on it).

Well located in Chinatown, but thats pretty much all i can say about the hostel.

Nice place to stay! we stayed here 3 times over a couple of weeks and the staff were very nice an accommodating, allowing us to leave luggage behind in between stays. Most rooms don't have air conditioning, but there is aircon in the common areas and vents into the rooms, as well as fans. Only got hot water in the showers once, but with the weather cold showers were welcome anyways! Everything we needed really!

Matrass is really bad, they don't clean the beds after someone has left, no windows, breakfast is poor and there was no atmosphere (maybe I was just unlucky with that). Location is okay since the station is around the corner, but I didnt feel safe outside when it was dark. Staff was nice and helpfull. I booked for two nights, but only stayed one.

Good place for a short stay very cental

Rooms were good although a bit smelly. Aircon works great. Everything was good except bathrooms. which were very less considering number of people living there and they were not so clean. But considering budget I think its fine. Lastly receptionist was very quite, You have to ask him for every single thing. Otherwise he'll just take money and escort you to the room.

The private rooms dont have aircon (even though they were advertised to) It did have one noisy fan though and that was enough to keep the room cool. Wifi was good and we appreciated the free breakfast (toast with jam, honey and tea/coffee) The hostel is in a prime location, really close to the Pasar Seni station and that makes it very cheap and easy to get around. there are lots of food places to eat at nearby including the China Town Market. Friendly staff that spoke good english.

Suzie's is well located in Chinatown, close to the metro and to the markets. It is a basic, but very clean guesthouse. The female dorm was spacious, though the wifi didn't always connect back there. The kitchen is big with free breakfast and lots of room to make your own food. There isn't that much atmosphere but it is a good value guesthouse. I would recommend.

Very close to Pasar Seni station which makes the hostel a convenient location to visit the Central Market, KL Sentral, KLCC, etc. Also close to Chinatown and the street market which is quite interesting. The staff were very helpful in accomodating some requests I had. Was in a private room which overlooked the street and it was quite noisy. Overall not a bad experience and I would recommend this place.

We stayed 3 nights in April and it was a great location, very clean, great price, helpful staff and best of all it was nice and quiet when sleeping. Air con kept the place cool, breakfast was basic, SO many great places to eat within walking distance, easy to follow directions from the airport using the trains. Overall a great 'no frills' backpackers!

I stayed here many times, the staff always goes out of their way to help. It seems like the staff has more information about the city than the owner, he's giving different directions to different guests which is very confusing and also owner bringing his friends and talking loudly about other business. Its kinda disturbing there are more of owners friend there than the hostel guests. and also him treating his staff like his servants. Come on, there is no motivation in that. its disturbing.

Good location and easy to find from where the coaches drop you. Just around the corner from another large train station which is handy for getting to town. Quite quiet and not really what you'd call a fun atmosphere. Clean and air conditioned though.

Great location - 5 mins away from Chinatown and one stop away from KL Sentral, where you can get your coaches to the airports. The bus station is also around the corner if you want to use the free KL bus. Wifi was good once you were connected, it sometimes it did cut off. The rooms and bathrooms were all clean. The dorms and lobby had air-con but the room we stayed in didnt, but that wasn't a problem. Fi, one of the owners was very nice and always helped us out. Nice guy!!

Second stay at Suzies. Love the breakfast and the atmosphere. Good vibe. Would always stay again even if there are cheaper hostels in the same area. Petaling street, central market and china town are close. Best location.

SUZIES guesthouse does the basics really really well. Everything is very clean and the Internet was very fast. It doesn't have a special atmosphere but is a great hostel in KL that does the basics right. Note that the bunk rooms have no windows and can get quite hot even with the fan on, but this wasn't a problem for us. The showers were great and the bathrooms were always very clean.

Really great staff - very helpful and welcoming! Our twinroom was a bit too small if you're two persons with backpacks, but it's not a big issue. Located in a very cozy neighborhood and extremely close to the train- and busstation. Big thumbs up!

I only stayed for one night but the staff went well out of their way to help my friend and I when we couldn't get cash out and had to catch a taxi to the airport at 5am. I'm very grateful for their hospitality and would definitely stay again!

Overall It was pretty ok. Good value. Good location close to bus station. Beds good. Ac /wifi good but might not reach girls dorm.. Depends on phone. Didnt like bathrooms.. Had just 3 and didnt flush too well, too often had to see unpleasant things. Except that had a nice stay for cheap price

Staff was nice and facilities were good. There were some people talking right outside my room at around 6:30 AM which was a bit annoying, so I would have hoped that they could have been a bit more quiet so early in the morning, but that's not particularly a problem with the staff or hostel
