We only stayed one night here, but had a pleasant experience. The private room was very comfortable, as was expected since it is a bit more costly than the budget hostels in the same area. Very conveniently located for great food and transport on the LRT. Our only complaint was that our room didn't appear to have outlets.

This was the perfect place for us in KL. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms and common bathrooms were very clean. The location is great, only 2 mins from Chinatown and you can easily walk to 3 different train stations giving you access to the whole of KL. The hostel is great value for money as it includes a good free breakfast and the rooms are cheap. The free wifi was really fast and the common area was great for meeting people. We extended our stay twice!

Wi-Fi was great so if you're an online worker like me. this is a great hostel. Location was great, too. Accessible to all transport hubs and food establishments within the Pasar Seni area. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Rizza. Rooms were cleaned everyday. No bed bugs. Comfy bed and pillows. And they have a water dispenser! Didn't have to spend too much buying water bottles.

Really great hostel for meeting people - great value for money considering the free breakfast and coffee. Lockers and only small and the only suggestion to make it perfect would be for power plugs next to each bed so you don't have to charge your phone on the floor over the other side of the dorm. The pillows are bit hard but overall nice, comfortable and convenient to get to from Pasi Seni train station

What a great refuge in KL! Everything was clean, quiet, and generally the perfect place to come back to after a day wandering around in KL. Staff was very helpful with helping us plan, and even got a room ready for us early (we arrived at 6AM!) Would definitely stay there again.

The staff there is really nice, and the location is excellent. Everything else is ok. But two things, there is no window in the room, and a slightly noisy/sound, since there is a construction site opposite the street. For those who very much care about these issues should prepare for that.

Safe and clean with good kichen facilities (microwave, hot water etc) so can keep costs down on food. On one afternoon we were resting and I was bitten by bedbugs. We informed the staff and they moved us to another room and sprayed the one we were in so hopefully they're on top of the problem

Clean hostel and perfect location. Well-equipped kitchen. Kind staff The problem is the tiny dimension of dormitory, too small. Another problem is they keep door open and you have to put your values in very small lockers if you are in dormitories. It's very close to the subway and to the central mrket

There are 2 shower rooms and 2 toilet/shower rooms in the whole hostel there seemed to be people showering at all times of the day and night. We stayed in private double room, there is not window, the bed had animal print sheets And you get a blanket/ couch throw as a cover. If we turned the a/c off the room got extremely hot. TheTv in the room had 4 channels. One of these channels was operated by TV in common area if that was changed you had no option to watch what was put on.
