This hostel was great for me who was only in KL, and only there for a short time - plenty of good bathrooms, comfortable beds and clean towels, and a simple free breakfast. It was easy to meet some of the other people as well, but when I was there the people and the staff were all pretty quiet and kept to themselves. Also the internet REALLY lags at night when everyone is checking their emails at the same time hahah.

At first I wondered what they hype was about, but then I met the staff. They are funny, accommodating, friendly, and truly make you feel welcome. The facilities are simple, breakfast is basic, but the service you get here makes all the difference.

A great little hostel with friendly staff. It's located right in Chinatown, near lots of good food and the train. You can walk to the major bus station in 10 minutes if you have any trips to Penang/Cameron Highlands. Rooms have no windows, which is typical in KL, but you get A/C, an amazing common room, strong WiFi, clean wet showers, and breakfast. No complaints. An excellent place to stay if you want to get away from Reggae Mansion and the party hostel atmosphere.

Staff was very nice and helpful all the time. Breakfast its ok, with toasts, butter, jam, coffee and tea. The common area is very nice and the bedrooms are comfortable too. Very good location in chinatown near the LRT station.

The staff were great.Hassan went out of his way to provide varieties to the breakfast by giving you oats and cereals on top of the bread and jam..He was helpful in many other small ways to make travel more enjoyable and my stay there a home away from home.

Staff was great... We even ran in to one of the guys who runs the place on the street, he recognized us, and pointed us in the right direction for where we wanted to go. Good location, 2 minute walk from the metro, basically right next to Chinatown. Definitely not a party hostel, but if you want to meet some people, just walk over to Raegge Mansion

The only thing I could complain about is the people staying there... Not so friendly, and not so respectul of sleep too (not by having fun, but by talking loud in the dorm while people are still sleeping, turning on the lights, packing their bag at impossible hours (like 2 in the morning...)) The staff is amazing though, and everything is very clean (you only have to notice how much effort is put everyday in keeping the place tidy)

I can't say enough about the staff here! Incredibly nice and helpful! It's in a great location... Close to the metro station, central market and Chinatown. Rooms are basic but clean and air conditioned. Only down part is we had a room with a window which we could hear street traffic very loudly.

I only stayed one night at this hostel, but it was one of the nicest I stayed in during my trip. It has free coffee/tea all day, just like Wifi and two computers with internet access. I didn't had so much to do with the staff, but when I asked something, they were friendly. The female dorm is a bit small, with six beds. If you also have to put in all the bags, it is too crowded. The lockers are outside of the room. The showers are clean and located close to Petaling St and public transport

Good normal hostel, nothing special but you can't expect that with this low price. Remember to bring your own lock if you stay in the dorm and want to keep your stuff safe.

This is a fine place to stay at when you're in KL. It's conveniently located close the metrostation and Chinatown. The staff is really friendly and helpful. It's clean and secure. The vibe wasn't very social though, travellers don't really talk to each other much. And the airco could have been less cold, but this is a Malaysian thing I guess. So, depending on what you're looking for, Suzie's could be the right choice for you as well!
