First off, the owner and his son ( or friend) were god awful. They didn't speak English and when we had to talk about serious money matter, they just laughed as if nothing was happening. They are absolute jokes and don't deserve to run anything. Hostels are supposed to be fun/friendly envirnments for young backpackers to meet and have an incredible time. I have stayed in hostels in over 30 different countries and this was by far the worst. We didn't even get the room that we booked. Bed bugs...

We were there for the full moon party and the location was excellent, only 5 minutes from the main Had Rin beach. The staff were brilliant and the bungalows were great value for money. I would definatly go back there if i were to return.

Nice, basic bungalow, just out of town so quiet at night but close enough to walk to shops, beach and party's. very friendly, helpful staff. Very hot in the bungalow and lots of ants but that probably due to location. Like it, would stay again.

I was a bit nervous after reading other reviews for this place, but we had no problems whatsoever! The location is nice--an easy walk from Sunrise Beach and far enough away to escape a lot of the noise at night. I emailed to confirm my booking and received a quick reply from Kim, who also helped us check in when we arrived. The room and bathroom are pretty standard, and we loved having the porch and chairs out front. The only issue I would mention is that we had ants in our room. A good value!

I would definitely recommend Thai Dee! The Thai Dee Garden Resort is like a little park with bungalows what creates a really nice, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The location is perfect - the full moon party beach and the "fullmoon-village" are only a five minutes walk away, but still far enough so you can enjoy quiet nights. As well, it takes only 5 minutes to walk to sunset beach which is really nice and not too busy. In addition, the staff are super super friendly and caring!

I really enjoyed my time at Thai Dee Garden, it was a nice quiet place to get away from the craziness of the Haad Rin. I

Dont go to this place totally overpriced, unfriendly staff, dirty rooms and the bathroom was a total joke.

The bungalows were cute but the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. There was no restaurant or commom area (wifi access was outside under a tree on some plastic chairs) and reception was never open and staff were never anywhere to be seen. Also key deposit was 1000 baht which is ridiculous. It was an ok place but I think you could find somehwere better and cheaper.

We hired two rooms - one was fine and one was not. Some things were in serious need of maintainace but the staff were happy to help and very friendly. Close to the beach and full moon party.
