For Phangan in full moon, the accommodation was very reasonably priced, and the rooms and dorms were both very nice, with comfy beds and good aircon, and all very secure!. 2 minutes round the corner from Sunrise beach so right next to the parties! Sabina, who owns the hostel, also runs the bar across the road, and gives great discounts on drinks to backpackers who stay in her hostel! Our full moon experience wouldn't have been the same if we'd gone elsewhere. Thanks for an amazing week!

+'s: Sabine was really fast at all e-mails regarding our stay and the prepayment we had to make. We also messed up the dates and arrived a day late, and she was nice and let us stay anyway. She was really helpful during our stay. -'s: The dorm was VERY hot because the main fan was broken, it was impossible to sleep later than 8 AM. The room was VERY dark all the time and there was only one bathroom and it is in the dorm. The bunkbeds are really "soundy" and the security was unexisting!

Hard beds. Personal did not remind me about key deposit when leaving. Security lockers in another building. No zink on the same level as the ac-room. No computer, poor/if any wifi reach in ac-room.Its a bed, but i would not recommend this place.

Spot On!! 2 mins from the action right bang tidy in the thick of it.. Good breakfast (free on Full Moon week) which is always nice ;-) Accommodation was clean and tidy with comfy bunk beds hot shower and plenty of toilet roll to wipe away the alcohol from the buckets the night before lol.. Sabina could not be more helpful with knowledge of the island resort and the Moon party itself. Would highly recommend it and would stay here again. A1 100% Many Thanks Andy & Vicky..

pretty amazing place to stay for fullmoon. I loved hanging out at the bar with the chap buckets and sabina is super friendly and helpful. The beds where a pain as in super hard - i felt like sleeping on a wooden bench!! and the room was not great but hey it's all about the party and not the sleep! Try get in the aircon room, the fan room is pretty disgusting! Great location right at the fullmoon beach and close to shops and restaurants too.

We booked a fan room and were greeted by a friendly British girl who obviously upgraded us as we ended up with a large air conditioned room with a great balcony! The new pool was amazing compared to other pools in hostels around Thailand. Very close to beach bars and were the full moon party happens! Very very good!

This place was wonderful. We stayed here for full moon and the location could not have been better. Literally a one minute walk to the beach, the place is very clean and the hostel staff are fantastic. I would defiantly recommend staying here. Sabina who runs the hostel was incredibly helpful and provided our group with lots of advice and really made our stay great.

Loved this hostel! We went there for the full moon party, we had a really good time! The staff are really nice, friendly, helpful and understand english :) the location is perfect, next to the full moon beach, where there is party every night, but is not noisy, so you can sleep well! They sell cheap drinks and the breakfast is good too :) and the rooms are clean and beautiful! Perfect!!

1 of the best hostels iv stayed I'n, verry close to the beach which was awsome! Staff were excellent and verry helpful! Will defo stay there on my nxt trip to the full moon / half moon party. Many thanx for the accom, will see u guys soon hi5 Tristan

This place is amazing the hostess sabina here is sooooo nice the food is awsome you get free shot with every drink. every one comes to chill in this lounge it is the place to be. i highly recomend it. i had a tatoo and piercing done here they look amazing. owner even gave us free shirts she was so pumped on us. She speaks perfect english so there is no languige barrier. it is so close to every one one min from beach and every type of stores all around.. anyways highly recomend ververy happy with accomodatio

Staff are very friendly, rooms and nice and very clean, good A/C, good showers, comfortable beds and a very good location. Close to everything but you can still sleep without hearing all the music from the parties on the beach. Highly recommended I will be staying there again!!

great hostel in prime location, sabina is lovely and helpful too - great value for money if you want to be within stumbling distance of the full moon action!!!

I loved the atmosphere at the bar. Sabina was amazing in organising for us anything we needed. Location is right on the beach. A great place to stay over new years, get in early to get a comfortable matress.

We had an awesome time while staying at the Hostel over new years. The hostel is a bit of a conundrum, we stayed in a triple room and in our bathroom there was no hot water, one of the beds was almost impossible to sleep on and we were right on the street so it was incredibly loud. However the structure of the hostel and the main bar make it super easy to meet people, the staff are always happy to help you and the food there is great value for money. Because its so social i would recommend it!

This is a great hostel and I would definitely recommend this to my friends. My main issue was with regards to the security, I think this would be a much better place to stay if lockers were provided by the hostel, rather than the shop next door (Most of their lockers were broken) Also , I feel the beds could be slightly better in quality in comparison to other hostels in the same price range I have stayed at.

i had an excellent stay at The Hostel over xmas and new year!! Sabina is a great host and asks any questions you have. location is perfect!! 2 min walk from Haad Rin beach yet resonable quiet in the dorm if you choose to have an early night. food was great and pool was amazing, defiantly needed as Haad Rin beach isnt the nicest. Overall had an excellent stay and if i return to Koh Phangan there is no question on where i would stay!

Our room was fine but overpriced. It would have be nicer if they'd cleaned it at least once during the five night stay. "Free breakfast" means toast and coffee/tea, just be advised. Also, the first day we were offered breakfast and the other four days we were not, which was odd. I thought the receptionist could have been a little more friendly. She wasn't busy and we weren't being difficult, but she had some attitude and I don't know why. Overall, it's an ok place but not especially fun or nice.
